圧力値と基準設定圧力値とを比較演算する比較演
算部と、比較演算部でえられた演算値に基ずき加
工圧力を調整する加工圧力調整部並びに前記演算
値が設定変動圧力値を超えた時に加工圧力を減ず
ると共に駆動源を停止させる異常検出部とからな
る加圧制御装置を設けてなることを特徴とする加
圧制御装置を具備した球面ラツピング機。
