【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 支持フレームに枢着された回転駆動軸の軸
心延長上に、被研磨体の球心点が位置する如く受
容する回転可としたラツピング用定盤を対設し、
前記回転駆動軸には当該回転駆動軸の軸心を中心
として公転する旋回アームを枢着して成る他、当
該旋回アームには前記回転駆動軸の軸心に対し所
定角度をもつて交叉する軸心の延長線方向へ進退
自在とし、また、当該軸心を中心として自転自在
に被研磨体を保持する被研磨体保持器を取付けて
なる構成にしたことを特徴とする球面ラツピング
装置。 (2) 被研磨体保持器は、旋回アームに該アーム
の長さ方向へ摺動自在にして取付けられている構
成にした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の球
面ラツピング装置。 (3) 被研磨体保持器には、該被研磨体の自転を
