Claims (1)
- 光半導体装置を樹脂封止するモールド金型にお
いて、前記光半導体装置の受光部を覆う透明な樹
脂体の表面部分を形成する前記モールド金型のキ
ヤビテイ面に所定の量だけ突出する部材を設け、
且つ前記部材の先端面が前記樹脂体の外郭面に対
応する形状に加工され、且つ前記加工される表面
にふつ素樹脂層が設けられていることを特徴とす
るモールド金型。
