Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボデイに圧力補償スプールと流量制御スプール
    とを設け、この圧力補償スプールの一端には供給
    圧を作用させ、他端には負荷圧を作用させ、これ
    ら両圧力差に応じて圧力補償スプールが移動して
    第１可変絞りの開口面積を制御する一方、上記流
    量制御スプールは、その一端に比例ソレノイドの
    プツシユロツドを当接させ、この比例ソレノイド
    の励磁電流に応じて、当該流量制御スプールが移
    動し、上記第１可変絞りよりも下流側に位置する
    第２可変絞りの開口面積を制御するとともに、供
    給ポートとアクチユエータポートとを、これら第
    １，２可変絞りを介して連通させてなる流量制御
    弁において、上記圧力補償スプールと流量制御ス
    プールとを直列に配置してなる流量制御弁。
