Claims (1)
- 電流に比例した力を発生するソレノイドと、一
端にフイードバツク圧力として出力圧力が導かれ
、このフイードバツク圧力と上記ソレノイドの力
との釣り合いによつて位置決めされるスプールと
、このスプールの摺動位置に応じて出力ポートと
の連通が制御される供給ポートおよびドレンポー
トとを備えてなる比例制御形の圧力制御弁におい
て、上記フイードバツク圧力と対抗するように補
正圧力室を画成し、この補正圧力室に、オリフイ
スとアキユムレータとからなる一次遅れ要素を介
して上記出力圧力を導いたことを特徴とする圧力
制御弁。
