Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電磁駆動部を介して摺動するスプールを設け、
    このスプールの変位に応じて流体の制御ポートを
    高圧ポートとタンクポートに選択的に接続する三
    方向サーボ弁において、高圧の流体をスプールに
    形成したランドの２つのエツジ部を通すように分
    流させ、一方に流体計量部、他方に軸力補償部を
    構成すると共に、流体計量部に導かれる流体の方
    向を複数回転換する方向転換部を設けて流体計量
    部と軸力補償部との圧力損失をほぼ等しくなるよ
    うに設定したことを特徴とする三方向サーボ弁。
