Description
(A)としてacResin A204 UV(商品名:BASFジャパン社製、BA/2-EHA系共重合体)を、(b1)としてISTA(商品名:大阪有機化学工業社製、イソステアリルアクリレート)を、(b2)として4-HBA(商品名:大阪有機化学工業社製、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート)を、(b3)として2-EHA(商品名:三菱ケミカル社製、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート)を、(C)としてOmnirad184及びOmniradTPO H(商品名:IGM Resins社製)を、表1記載の配合で均一に溶解するまで撹拌し、実施例1の光硬化型樹脂組成物を調製した。
実施例1で用いた材料の他、(A)としてacResin 3532 UV(商品名:2-EHA系共重合体)及びacResin A260 UV(商品名:BASFジャパン社製、BA系共重合体)を、(b3)としてIB-XA(商品名:共栄社化学社製、イソボルニルアクリレート)を、(D)としてアルコンP-90(商品名:荒川化学工業社製、水添石油樹脂)及びKE-311(商品名:荒川化学工業社製、水添ロジンエステル系樹脂)を、表1記載の配合で均一に溶解するまで撹拌し、実施例2~7の光硬化型樹脂組成物を調製した。
実施例で用いた材料の他、アクリル系ポリマーとしてRC110C(商品名:カネカ社製、非ベンゾフェノン骨格の官能基有り)を、(b3)としてLA(商品名:共栄社化学社製、ラウリルアクリレート)を、表1記載の配合で均一に溶解するまで撹拌し、比較例1~2の光硬化型樹脂組成物を調整した。
重剥離PETフィルムE7002(商品名:東洋紡社製、厚さ50μm)の剥離処理面に、光硬化型樹脂組成物を膜厚200μmで塗布し、その上に軽剥離PETフィルムE7006(東洋紡社製、75μm)をラミネートした。次にエルベール社製のブラックライト照射装置スーパーレジンUVクリスタルランプを用い、出力5mW/cm2、積算光量300mJ/cm2の条件で照射した後、フュージョンUVシステムジャパン社製の無電極UV照射装置F300S/LC-6Bを用い、Dバルブで出力300mW/cm2、積算光量3,000mJ/cm2の条件で照射して評価用シートを調製した。
例)100mm変位の場合、伸び率は500%

Claims (3)
- ベンゾフェノン骨格を有する光架橋性アクリル系ポリマー(A)と、炭素数12~24の分岐したアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(b1)と、光重合開始剤(C)と、を含み、前記(A)が炭素数2~10のアルキルアクリレートからなる重合骨格を有し、前記(A)の固形分全量に対する配合量が10~60重量%であり、硬化物の周波数1MHzにおける比誘電率が2.8~3.5であることを特徴とする光硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 更に水酸基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(b2)又は/及び前記(b1)以外のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(b3)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 前記(A)の炭素数2~10のアルキルアクリレートがブチルアクリレート及び/又は2-エチルヘキシルアクリレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2いずれか記載の光硬化型樹脂組成物。
