Description

This disclosure relates to a cylindrical outer bag, and in particular to a cylindrical outer bag that encases a number of products while fixing the relative positions of the products to form a single package. This disclosure also relates to a product-containing outer bag in which products are wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag, and further to a rolled or zigzag product of the product-containing outer bag that is wound in a roll, skein, or zigzag with a flat cross section. This disclosure also relates to a manufacturing method thereof, and a method of feeding the bag body that removes the product from the product-containing outer bag.

Generally, primary packaging refers to the direct packaging of products intended for sale. Secondary packaging refers to the packaging of products in primary packaging in a set quantity in boxes or bags. Products are delivered to consumers in primary or secondary packaging. Furthermore, tertiary packaging refers to the packaging of products in secondary packaging in a set quantity in packing boxes, etc. for the purposes of bulk handling, warehouse storage, transportation, etc. Also, products in primary packaging may be packaged in tertiary packaging rather than secondary packaging.

。 For example, there is a technology in which the cylindrical side of a small cylindrical roll (corresponding to the "product") is wrapped in packaging film, the sides of the packaging film are heat-sealed, and the packaging films located on the top and bottom sides of the cylinder are closed and heat-sealed to primarily package the small roll (see, for example, Figures 25 to 29 of Patent Document 1).

For bag manufacturers, the product to be sold is the bag body that serves as packaging material (see, for example, Patent Document 2), so in this specification, when the bag body as packaging material is the product to be sold, the bag body may be referred to as the "product" to distinguish it from products that are not packaging materials (normal products, hereafter also referred to as non-packaging material products). Also, the packaging that encases the bag body may be referred to as the outer bag.

The usual route taken by bags with fasteners containing non-packaged goods before they are displayed in retail stores is as follows: (1) bag making process: the bag manufacturer produces the bags and then places them in outer bags; (2) transportation process 1: the bags are delivered to the manufacturer of the non-packaged goods; (3) bag supply process: the bags are removed from the outer bags; (4) filling process: the bags are filled with non-packaged goods; and (5) transportation process 2: the non-packaged goods filled in the bags are transported to the retail store and then passed on to the general consumer.

Conventional bag making processes follow the procedure below. The bags with fastenings, which are the products made by the bag making machine, are first stored in a container such as a tray, and then a certain number of bags are bundled together by hand. The product bags with fastenings, which are bundled together in batches of a certain number, are secured with a fastening means such as a rubber band, and then placed into an outer bag with a fastening, after which the fastenings of the outer bag are closed. Furthermore, multiple outer bags with fastenings are packed into a box. The box is then covered with a waterproof film to prevent dust and dirt from adhering and to prevent water from entering, and is then shipped. All of these processes require manual labor.

Furthermore, the conventional bag-feeding process was carried out in the following order: In order for a manufacturer of non-packaged material products to fill non-packaged material products into bags with fasteners, they would peel off the waterproof film to remove the outer bag from the box, remove the fasteners from the outer bag, take out the bundled bags with fasteners, remove the bundling means such as rubber bands that hold the bags together, and return the bags with fasteners to their individual states. All of these steps also required manual labor.

Furthermore, the conventional filling process was carried out in the following order: individual bags with fasteners were fed to the bag body supply section of the filling machine. This process also required manual labor. The bags with fasteners were taken out one by one from the bag body supply section of the filling machine, opened, and filled with non-packaging material products. This process was carried out by the filling machine.

However, in the bag making process, the speed and accuracy of the work when filling the bags depended on the ability of each person, so the speed of the packaging bag production line had to be adjusted to match the processing ability of each person, and breaks were also necessary. As a result, productivity decreased and productivity was prone to become unstable, resulting in poor production efficiency. In addition, the number of bags that could be stocked on the trays was limited due to the storage location and instability of the stacks, and a large space was required. Furthermore, the tasks of fastening the rubber bands when placing the bound bags in the outer bag, opening and closing the fittings when placing them in the outer bag, boxing, and applying the waterproof film were time-consuming and labor-intensive.

In addition, in the bag-feeding process, the outer bags packed in boxes with waterproof film were taken out, the fittings were removed, and rubber bands and other items were removed to return the bags with fittings to their individual state, all of which required manual work. In particular, the bags with fittings could become curved and creased due to rubber bands and other items, and it was necessary to return them to a flat state, but all of this work was also done manually. Furthermore, the bags with fittings that had come into contact with rubber bands and other items could become wrinkled or even develop holes. As a result, work errors and product loss were likely to occur frequently. Furthermore, every time a bag with fittings was set in the filling machine, it was necessary to return to the fitting opening process for the next outer bag and repeat the same work by hand, which was time-consuming and labor-intensive. This resulted in high labor costs, high costs, and work errors were inevitable. In addition, it was difficult to secure personnel due to a labor shortage, which further increased costs.

Furthermore, the outer bags themselves had to be made, which required the same amount of work and cost as bag products. Also, various types of outer bags had to be stored with waterproof film, which required warehouse management, which was very costly and time-consuming.

In addition, the waterproof film, shipping boxes, and outer bags were discarded after the filling process, resulting in a large amount of resources being wasted.

In addition, since bundling, packing, boxing, opening boxes and opening outer bags were all done by hand, there was a risk of human contamination.

The objective of this disclosure is to provide a tubular outer bag with fittings, a tubular outer bag, an outer bag containing a product, a roll of an outer bag containing a product, a method for manufacturing them, and a method for supplying the bags, which combine labor-saving, resource-saving, space-saving, low-cost, and good hygiene, thereby (1) realizing a high-speed manufacturing line for packaging bags by reducing the amount of manual labor required, and stabilizing the production speed, thereby reducing production losses due to manual errors and suppressing deterioration in the quality of the bags, and (2) preventing increases in costs due to the manufacturing and storage of the outer bags and eliminating the hassle of managing them. Another objective is to make it easy to manage the bags, which are the products, in units of a specified number of sheets.

After extensive research, the inventors discovered that the above-mentioned problems could be solved by forming the outer packaging bag into a tubular outer bag with a fastener or a tubular outer bag, and wrapping a number of bags that are stacked in a row so that the product bags partially overlap with each other in a tubular outer bag with a fastener for exterior use or a tubular outer bag for exterior use, and integrating the bags while maintaining their stacked state, thus completing the present invention.

Since the product bag body is not placed on the partition, the outer bag containing a product can be easily folded and the product bag body can be prevented from being bent.

The method for supplying bags according to the present invention is characterized by having a sixth step of opening the bite portion or joint portion or other portions of the bag while pulling out the product-containing outer bag according to the present invention, the product-containing outer bag obtained by the manufacturing method for the product-containing outer bag according to the present invention, the rolled or zigzag outer bag of the product-containing outer bag obtained by the manufacturing method for the rolled or zigzag outer bag of the present invention, or the zigzag outer bag of the product-containing outer bag obtained by the manufacturing method for the zigzag outer bag of the present invention, and a seventh step of supplying the bags in the opened outer bag in sequence to the filling machine.

According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a tubular outer bag with fittings, a tubular outer bag, an outer bag containing a product, a roll of an outer bag containing a product, a method for manufacturing them, and a method for supplying the bags, which combine labor-saving, resource-saving, space-saving, low cost, and good hygiene, thereby (1) realizing a high-speed manufacturing line for packaging bags by reducing the amount of manual labor required, and stabilizing the production speed, thereby reducing production losses due to manual errors and suppressing deterioration in the quality of the bags, and (2) preventing an increase in costs due to the manufacturing and storage of the outer bags and eliminating the hassle of managing them. Furthermore, it is possible to easily manage the bags, which are the products, in units of a specified number of sheets.

Furthermore, while integrating the bag making machine and filling machine in-line increases production efficiency, it also requires the person who fills to maintain the bag making machine. However, according to the present invention, even without in-line equipment, the outer bag containing the product can essentially replicate the bag making machine, making it possible to supply the bags to the filling machine at high speed. Therefore, from the perspective of the person who fills, maintenance of the bag making machine is not necessary, and an in-line system can be essentially replicated. Furthermore, from the perspective of the person who makes the bags, there is no need to tie the bags, and the inspection process that accompanies this can also be eliminated.

Furthermore, when the outer bag containing the product is rolled up, the air inside the outer bag is removed by rolling it up, so the contact state between the inner wall of the outer bag and the bag body, and the contact state between the bags themselves, do not shift even during transportation, so when the bag is opened and the bag body is removed, it can be reproduced exactly as it was when it was packed.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an embodiment, but the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to these descriptions. Various modifications of the embodiment may be made as long as the effects of the present invention are achieved.

(Cylindrical outer bag with fitting)
The tubular outer bag with fittings according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 5. The tubular outer bag with fittings according to this embodiment is a tubular outer bag with fittings for outer packaging, and has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously with the same inner diameter along the length direction X of the tube using a resin film as a base material 5, has at least one opening 6 that opens along the length direction X of the tube, has fittings 4 on the inner wall side along the edge 6a of the opening 6, and has partitions 41 at predetermined intervals along the length direction X of the tube, the opening 6 is closed by the fittings 4 engaging with each other, and the tubular outer bag with fittings 1 is rolled, wound in a skein, or folded in a zigzag manner with a flat cross section.

The term "outer packaging" refers to a form of packaging (including both secondary packaging and tertiary packaging) in which a number of units of products intended for sale (including not only products but also products that have been individually packaged in primary packaging) are packaged together. Additionally, the term "outer bag" refers specifically to the outer packaging being a bag body. Therefore, in the embodiment, the term "cylindrical outer bag" refers to a bag body that has a cylindrical shape and is used for the outer packaging.

The thickness of the substrate 5 made of a single layer film is preferably about 0.2 mm to 1.5 mm, and the thickness of the substrate 5 made of a multilayer film is preferably about 0.4 to 2.0 mm. The fitting-equipped cylindrical outer bag 1 has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously along the length direction X of the tube with the same inner diameter when the inside of the tube is expanded. The inner diameter (diameter) is, for example, 1.5 to 65 cm, but is not limited to this range. The upper and lower ends of the cylindrical shape may be open, or may be closed by peelable sealing, adhesion or heat welding, or bundling.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the opening 6 is provided in the base material 5 along the longitudinal direction X of the tube. In this embodiment, the tubular outer bag 1 with fitting has at least one opening 6. When there is one opening 6, the base material becomes one strip-shaped film by widening the opening. The tubular outer bag 1 with fitting shown in Figures 1 to 7 has one opening 6. When there are two openings 6, the base material becomes two strip-shaped films by widening the opening. Here, it is preferable to provide the openings so that the widths of the two strip-shaped films are the same. It is preferable that the openings 6 are formed across both ends of the tube.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the fitting 4 is provided on the inner wall side along the edge 6a of the opening 6. The fitting 4 may have any structure as long as it has a structure that can be opened and closed by engaging and disengaging. For example, as shown in Fig. 4, the fitting 4 has a female member 4b having a belt-shaped female base 4b1 and a female portion 4b2 extending in the length direction X of the tube, and a male member 4a having a belt-shaped male base 4a1 and a male portion 4a2 extending in the length direction X of the tube, and preferably has a chuck structure that is closed when the male portion 4a2 engages with the female portion 4b2. The male base 4a1 and the female base 4b1 of the fitting 4 shown in Fig. 4 are bonded to the inner wall surface of the substrate 5. Also, as shown in Fig. 5, the fitting 4 may have a female portion 4d extending in the length direction X of the tube and a male portion 4c extending in the length direction X of the tube, and may have a chuck structure that is closed when the male portion 4c engages with the female portion 4d. The male part 4c and the female part 4d of the fitting 4 shown in FIG. 5 are molded integrally with the base material 5. In this embodiment, the fitting 4 is not limited to the chuck structure shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, and may have a structure in which the female parts interlock with each other, for example.

The tubular outer bag 1 with fittings is rolled, skein-wound, or zigzag-folded with a flat cross section. A flat cross section refers to a state in which the inner wall surfaces of the tubular shape face each other and are in contact with each other. Roll-wound includes bobbin winding, core winding, and coreless winding. In the roll-wound and skein-wound forms, the tubular outer bag 1 with fittings is preferably rolled so that the flat outer wall surfaces come into contact with each other since the space inside the tube is deaerated when the cross section is flat, resulting in a belt-like shape. This makes it possible to reduce the volume of the rolled tubular outer bag with fittings. Also, in the zigzag-folded form, that is, the form in which the tubular outer bag 1 with fittings is folded, it is preferable that the flat outer wall surfaces come into contact with each other since the space inside the tube is deaerated when the cross section is flat, resulting in a belt-like shape. The bulk of the zigzag-folded tubular outer bag with fasteners can be reduced.

The partitions 41 are provided at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction X of the tube. A "predetermined interval" means that the distance between a partition and the partition next to it is a predetermined interval, and although there is no particular limit to the distance, it is preferably, for example, 10 to 300 cm, and is a constant interval. There are cases where it is desired to manage a predetermined number of bags, for example, 100 bags, stacked in a row continuously or intermittently so that the product bags partially overlap. In such cases, it becomes easy to arrange a predetermined number of bags between a partition and the partition next to it.

It is preferable that the fitting 4 itself does not have a partition 41. If the fitting 4 crosses at the location where the partition 41 exists, it may be difficult to remove the fitting 4, so it is preferable to provide the partition 41 and the fitting 4 separately. The form of the partition 41 can be, for example, a form corresponding to a peelable seal part, adhesive part, or heat-sealed part between the opposing substrates 5. If the fitting 4 itself becomes an adhesive part or a heat-sealed part, it becomes difficult to remove the fitting 4. Therefore, by providing a peelable seal part, adhesive part, or heat-sealed part between the opposing substrates 5 while avoiding the fitting 4, the fitting 4 can be smoothly removed. In FIG. 1, the partition 41 is shown as a linear peelable seal part, adhesive part, or heat-sealed part extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X of the tube. The partition 41 may be in the form of a linear peelable seal, adhesive, or heat-sealed portion that is inclined and intersects with the longitudinal direction X of the tube, a round (dot-shaped) peelable seal, adhesive, or heat-sealed portion, or a peelable seal, adhesive, or heat-sealed portion that is arranged in a row of multiple round (dot-shaped) portions. Another form of the partition 41 is one in which a fitting similar to the fitting 4 is fitted.

It is preferable that the portion where the partition 41 is provided further have a perforation 42 for separation.
A predetermined number of bags are placed between each partition. If the cylindrical outer bag is separated at the perforations 42, it becomes easy to manage the bags by the number of bags. It is preferable that the perforations 42 are spaced apart at a predetermined interval, i.e., at equal intervals, between adjacent perforations.

It is preferable that the inner wall surface of the substrate 5 has an embossed area (not shown). By having the embossed area, it is possible to prevent misalignment between the substrate and the bag body. The embossed area can be in the form of an embossed area on the entire inner wall surface, or an embossed area on the inner wall surface in at least two rows of bands along the longitudinal direction X of the tube.

(Product outer bag: first example)
Next, a product-containing outer bag 100 (first example) according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 3, 6, and 7. The product-containing outer bag 100 according to this embodiment is an outer bag containing a product, in which a plurality of bag bodies 3, which are product bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), which are stacked in a row continuously or intermittently so that some of the bag bodies overlap, are wrapped in a tubular outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging, and integrated while maintaining the stacked state of the bag bodies, and the tubular outer bag 1 with a fitting has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously with the same inner diameter along the length direction X of the tube using a resin film as the base material 5, has at least one opening 6 that opens along the length direction X of the tube, has a fitting 4 on the inner wall side of the base material 5 along the edge 6a of the opening 6, has partitions 41 at predetermined intervals along the length direction X of the tube, and the fitting 4 is engaged, and the plurality of bag bodies 3 are divided into a predetermined number of pieces by the partitions 41.

In the product-containing outer bag 100 (first example) according to this embodiment, the product-containing outer bag 100 is preferably formed by placing a plurality of bags 3 (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) stacked in a row continuously or intermittently so that part of the product bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) overlaps on a base material 5 made of a flat sheet-like resin film for outer packaging with a fastener, wrapping the plurality of bags 3 in the base material 5 to form a cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fastener, and integrating the stacked state of the bags.

In the product-containing outer bag 100 according to this embodiment, a plurality of bag bodies, which are products, are contained inside the tube of the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging. As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the product bag body p1 is a bag body made of plastic resin having an opening 8 and a storage section 7, and a zipper 9 is provided along the edge of the opening 8. The zipper 9 has an interlocking structure, for example, has a structure similar to that of the fitting 4 of the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting, and can be opened and closed freely. The product bags p2, p3, p4, ..., pn are bags having the same structure as the bag body p1. Since the product bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) have a flat structure, it is possible to form a state of a plurality of bag bodies 3 stacked in a row so that some of them overlap, as shown in Fig. 3. Here, the plurality of bag bodies 3 may be arranged in a continuous manner along the length direction X of the tube in the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting, or may be arranged intermittently, i.e., with a broken portion in the middle. A preferred arrangement for the intermittent arrangement is, for example, stacking a predetermined number of bags in a line with some overlapping, leaving a gap, then stacking the same number of bags in a line with some overlapping, leaving a gap again, and repeating this arrangement. This makes it easier to check the number of bags. In this embodiment, the multiple bags 3 stacked in a line with some overlapping are integrated by forming the product-containing outer bag 100, so they may be simply referred to as "multiple bags 3" or "bags 3."

As shown in FIG. 2, the product-containing outer bag 100 is made by enclosing multiple bag bodies 3 in a tubular outer bag 1 with a fitting. Here, the width of the tubular outer bag 1 with a fitting when multiple bag bodies 3 are contained is preferably slightly larger than the width of the multiple bag bodies 3, for example, 1 to 10 mm larger, and in this case, it is preferable that the tubular outer bag 1 with a fitting has a holding force sufficient to prevent the arrangement of the multiple bag bodies 3 from being distorted when the fitting 4 is closed. The stacked state of the bag bodies 3 can be maintained while being more integrated, and since excess air does not enter the inside of the tube, an increase in bulk can be suppressed. The tubular outer bag 1 with a fitting is integrated with the bag bodies 3 included by the fitting 4 being engaged.

The product-containing outer bag 100 not only allows multiple bags 3 to be handled as a bulk when transporting or storing, or both, but also fixes the arrangement of bags produced sequentially from the bag making machine, making it possible to essentially reproduce an in-line setup even if the bag making machine and filling machine are located in different places.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting has one fitting 4, and the fitting 4 is preferably located on the stacking surface of the bag body 3 and fitted. The bag body 3 can be easily wrapped in the outer bag in a palm-to-palm style, and the fitting 4 can be easily fitted. This makes it easy to manufacture using a device with a simple structure. Also, when the fitting 4 is to be disengaged, it can be done in a double-door style. It is more preferable that the fitting 4 is located in the center of the stacking surface of the bag body 3, as shown in FIG. 2. This allows the work of fitting and disengaging to be performed more stably, and also allows for more stable rolling, winding in a skein, or zigzag folding.

(Product outer bag: second example)
Next, a product-containing outer bag 200 (second example) according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 8 and 9. In the product-containing outer bag 200 according to this embodiment, the tubular outer bag with fitting 11 has one fitting 14, and the fitting 14 is preferably located at either the left or right side end of the bag body 13 and engaged. As shown in Figure 9, the product-containing outer bag 200 is similar to the product-containing outer bag 100 except for the position of the fitting 14. That is, the product-containing outer bag 200 wraps multiple bag bodies 13 with the tubular outer bag with fitting 11, and the fitting 14 is engaged, so that the tubular outer bag with fitting 11 is integrated with the bag body 13. In the product-containing outer bag 200, the adhesion of the substrate 15 to the bag body 13 is increased. In the product-containing outer bag 200, similarly to the product-containing outer bag 100, the width of the tubular outer bag 11 with fittings when a plurality of bag bodies 13 are housed therein is preferably slightly larger than the width of the plurality of bag bodies 13, for example, 1 to 10 mm larger. In Fig. 9, the fitting 14 is located on the left side end side of the tubular outer bag 11 with fittings, so that the opening 16 is provided on the left side end, and the left edge becomes the end 16a of the opening 16. Fig. 9 shows a form in which the fitting 14 is located on the left side end side of the tubular outer bag 11 with fittings, but it may be located on the right side end side. The product-containing outer bag 200 in this embodiment is configured in such a way that gravity can be utilized to neatly align the bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) when they are placed into the tubular outer bag 11 with a fitting device, and after the bag bodies 13 are integrated into the tubular outer bag 11 with a fitting device, the bag bodies 13 are more neatly aligned within the product-containing outer bag 200.

と基材25b(基材の一方25bともいう。)
(Outer bag containing product: Third example)
Next, a product-containing outer bag 300 (third example) according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 10 and 11. In the product-containing outer bag 300 according to this embodiment, the tubular outer bag with fitting 21 has two fittings 24a, 24b, and the fittings 24a, 24b are preferably positioned at the left side end side and the right side end side of the bag body 23 and engaged with each other. As shown in Figure 11, the product-containing outer bag 300 is similar to the product-containing outer bag 100 except that there are two fittings 24a, 24b and their positions are different. That is, the product-containing outer bag 300 wraps a plurality of bag bodies 23 with the tubular outer bag with fitting, and the fittings 24a, 24b are engaged with each other to integrate the tubular outer bag with fitting 21 with the bag body 23. In the product-containing outer bag 300, the adhesion of the substrate 25 to the bag body 23 is increased, similar to the product-containing outer bag 200. In the product-containing outer bag 300, similarly to the product-containing outer bag 100, the width of the fitting-equipped tubular outer bag 21 when a plurality of bag bodies 23 are housed therein is preferably slightly larger than the width of the plurality of bag bodies 23, for example, 1 to 10 mm larger. In Fig. 11, the fitting 24a is located on the left side end side of the fitting-equipped tubular outer bag 21, so that the opening 26 is provided on the left side end, and the left edge becomes the end 26a of the opening 26. Also, the fitting 24b is located on the right side end side of the fitting-equipped tubular outer bag 21, so that the opening 27 is provided on the right side end, and the right edge becomes the end 27a of the opening 27. In the product-containing outer bag 300 of this embodiment, the base material 25 of the tubular outer bag 21 with fittings is opened by disengaging the fittings 24a and 24b, and is divided into base material 25a (also referred to as the other base material 25a) and base material 25b (also referred to as the one base material 25b) from the top and bottom, thereby making it possible to easily remove the bag body 13.

In the first, second and third examples of the outer bag containing the product, the partitions 41 are provided at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction X of the tube. A "predetermined interval" means that the distance between a partition and the partition next to it is a predetermined interval, and although there is no particular limit to the distance, it is preferably, for example, 30 to 300 cm, and a constant interval. There are cases where it is desired to manage a predetermined number of bags, for example, in units of 100 bags, stacked continuously or intermittently in a line so that the bags, which are the product, partially overlap. In such cases, it becomes easy to place a predetermined number of bags between a partition and the partition next to it.

In Figures 1, 8, and 10, the partition 41 is shown as a linear peelable seal part, adhesive part, or heat-sealed part extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X of the tube. The partition 41 may be in the form of a linear peelable seal, adhesive, or heat-sealed portion that is inclined and intersects with the longitudinal direction X of the tube, a circular (dot-shaped) peelable seal, adhesive, or heat-sealed portion, or a peelable seal, adhesive, or heat-sealed portion in which multiple circles (dots) are arranged side by side.

(Outer bag containing product: fourth example)
Next, a fourth example of a product-containing outer bag 400 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 12 and 13. In the product-containing outer bag 400 according to this embodiment, the outer bag is closed by a peelable seal, adhesive, or heat welding. The product-containing outer bag 400 of this embodiment is an outer bag containing a product, in which a plurality of bag bodies 33, which are product bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), are stacked continuously or intermittently in a row so that some of the bag bodies overlap, are wrapped in a tubular outer bag 31 for outer packaging, and integrated while maintaining the stacked state of the bag bodies. The tubular outer bag 31 has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously with the same inner diameter along the longitudinal direction X of the tube, with a resin film as the base material 35, has at least one cut portion 36 along the longitudinal direction X of the tube, and has partitions 41 at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction X of the tube, and the inner walls of the base material 35 are peelably sealed, bonded or heat-welded to each other or to the outer wall along the edge 36a of the cut portion 36, and the plurality of bag bodies 33 are divided into a predetermined number of pieces by the partitions 41.

The product-containing outer bag 400 according to this embodiment has multiple product pouches housed inside the cylindrical outer bag 31 for external packaging. The product pouches (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are the same as the pouch (p1 shown in Figures 6 and 7) described in the product-containing outer bag 100. The state of the multiple pouches 33 is the same as the state of the multiple pouches 3 in the product-containing outer bag 100.

As shown in FIG. 13, the outer bag 400 containing the product is made by wrapping a plurality of bags 3 in a cylindrical outer bag 31. At this time, the inner walls 38a, 38b of the base material 35 of the cylindrical outer bag 31 are peelably sealed, glued or heat-sealed to each other, and the cylindrical outer bag 31 has a joint 39. Here, the width of the cylindrical outer bag 31 when the plurality of bags 33 are contained is preferably slightly larger than the width of the plurality of bags 33, for example, 1 to 10 mm larger. The degree of tightening of the plurality of bags 3 by the cylindrical outer bag 31 is preferably such that it has a holding force that does not collapse the arrangement of the plurality of bags 33. The stacked state of the bags 33 can be maintained while being more integrated, and since excess air does not enter the inside of the tube, an increase in bulk can be suppressed. The cylindrical outer bag 31 is integrated in a state including the bag 33, since the inner walls 38a, 38b of the base material 35 are peelably sealed, glued or heat-sealed to each other. Alternatively, the cylindrical outer bag 31 may be integrated with the bag body 33 by peelably sealing, adhering, or heat-welding the inner wall 38a of the base material 35 and the outer wall 38d of the base material 35 (not shown). In this embodiment, the peelable seal means a weakly adhesive or weakly adhesive seal that can be peeled off, including an easy peel seal, the adhesive means, for example, a bond including glue or tape, and the heat-welding means a heat seal, ultrasonic wave, high frequency, spot seal, impulse sealer, or laser. In addition, in the case of a peelable seal, it is easy to take out and manage the product bag body when working by hand during bag feeding. The cut portion 36 means a discontinuous portion in the waist circumference direction of the base material 35 at the joint portion 39 in the closed cylindrical outer bag 31. In the cut portion 36, a portion where the opposing films are not adhered to each other outside the joint portion 39 of the film may or may not be provided. The slit 36 in the cylindrical outer bag 31 may be two or more, not just one as shown in FIG. 13. For example, a slit may be provided at each of the locations corresponding to the fittings 24a and 24b in FIG. 11, resulting in a total of two slits (not shown). Note that when a peelable seal, adhesive, or heat-sealed portion is provided for the partition 41, the same applies as for the adhesive and heat-sealing described above.

As with the product-containing outer bags 100, 200, and 300, the product-containing outer bag 400 not only allows multiple bags 33 to be handled as a bulk when transporting or storing, or both, but also allows the arrangement of bags produced sequentially from the bag making machine to be fixed, making it possible to essentially reproduce an in-line setup even if the bag making machine and filling machine are located in different places.

The cylindrical outer bag 31 can be made to sequentially remove the bag bodies 33 by cutting the base material 35 along the length direction X of the tube. The cut is preferably made at the incision 36. In addition to the method of opening the cylindrical outer bag 31 by peeling off the adhesive portion 39 as shown in FIG. 13, for example, a method of opening the cylindrical outer bag 31 from the weak portion by providing a weak portion, such as by scratching or half-cutting the film of the cylindrical outer bag 31 may also be used.

In the first, second, third and fourth examples of the outer bag containing the product, it is preferable to have an opening assistant means for forming a slit along the length direction X of the tube. FIG. 21 shows a cross-sectional schematic diagram for explaining the form of a film with a cut line as the opening assistant means 96. A second resin region other than the base material 35 is provided at a position that will become the opening planned line 78 in the base material 35, a thin-walled portion is provided in the second resin region, and beads 79 (79a, 79b) are provided on both sides of the second resin region. By pulling the base material 35 from both sides sandwiching the opening assistant means 96, the opening planned line 78 can be easily torn and opened. FIG. 22 shows a cross-sectional schematic diagram for explaining the form of the thin-walled portion as the opening assistant means 96. A thin-walled portion that will become the opening planned line 78 is provided in the base material 35. By pulling the base material 35 from both sides sandwiching the opening assistant means 96, the opening planned line 78 can be easily torn and opened. FIG. 23 shows a cross-sectional schematic diagram for explaining the form of a guide tape-type opening as the opening assistant means 96. FIG. 23 (a) shows a form in which a guide tape 97 of equal width, 1.5 to 2.5 mm, is attached to the base material 35 (attached to the inner wall surface side of the outer bag), and FIG. 23 (b) shows a form in which a guide tape 97 of equal width, 1 to 3 mm, is attached to the base material 35 (attached to the inner wall surface side of the outer bag) and a raised portion of the base material 35 is provided at both sides of the guide tape 97. The end of the guide tape 97 is preferably exposed to the outside of the outer bag. By pulling the guide tape 97 in a direction away from the outer wall surface of the outer bag, the guide tape 97 breaks the base material 35 and the outer bag can be opened. In the form of (b), since a raised portion is provided, the bag can be opened more reliably and smoothly. There is a form in which one guide tape 97 is provided, but two guide tapes 97 may be provided as shown in FIG. 23. In this case, it is preferable to arrange the guide tape 97 at the maximum width on both sides of the outer bag, which maximizes the opening width and makes it easy to remove the bag body. Furthermore, as an opening assistance means 96, perforations may be provided in the base material 15 at the position that will become the intended opening line 78.

In the first, second, third and fourth examples of the outer bag containing the product, the partition 41 is preferably a peelable seal, adhesive or heat-sealed portion between the opposing substrates. For example, in Figs. 1, 8, 10 and 12, the partition 41 is shown as a linear peelable seal, adhesive or heat-sealed portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X of the tube. The partition 41 may be in the form of a linear peelable seal, adhesive or heat-sealed portion that is inclined and intersects with the longitudinal direction X of the tube, a round (dot-shaped) peelable seal, adhesive or heat-sealed portion, or a peelable seal, adhesive or heat-sealed portion in which multiple round (dot-shaped) portions are arranged side by side.

In the first, second, third and fourth examples of the outer product bag, as shown in Figures 1, 8, 10 and 12, it is preferable to further have a separation perforation 42 at the location where the partition 41 is provided. A predetermined number of bags can be placed between the partition and the adjacent partition. If the cylindrical outer bag is separated at the perforation 42, it is possible to easily manage the bags in predetermined numbers. It is preferable that the distance between adjacent perforations 42 is also set at a predetermined interval, i.e., at equal intervals.

In the first, second, third and fourth examples of the outer bag containing the product, it is preferable that the inner wall surface of the base material 5, 15, 25, 35 has an embossed area. By having an embossed area, it is possible to prevent misalignment between the base material and the bag body. The embossed area may have a form in which the entire inner wall surface is embossed, or a form in which the inner wall surface is embossed in at least two rows of bands along the longitudinal direction X of the tube.

(Rolled up outer bag containing product)
As shown in Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400 according to the present embodiment is wound in a roll with a flat cross section. Fig. 14 shows a form in which the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400 is wound around a bobbin 51 as one form of roll winding. In Fig. 14 and Fig. 15, the bobbin is rotated around a rotation axis 95 to perform winding. The product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400 may be wound around a cylindrical core instead of the bobbin 51 (not shown), or may be wound without a core without using the bobbin 51 (not shown). The product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400 may be wound in a skein or zigzag with a flat cross section instead of being wound in a roll with a flat cross section (not shown). Here, the flat cross section refers to a state in which the flat surfaces of the multiple pouches 3, 13, 23, 33 contained in the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400 are in contact with the inner wall surface of the cylindrical base material 5, 15, 25, 35, and the cross section is elongated to reflect the cross-sectional shape of the multiple pouches 3, 13, 23, 33. Figure 15 shows a state in which the cross section of the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400 is flat, for example, approximately rectangular. When the product-containing outer bag 100 having the fitting 4 is rolled up, the fitting 4 is in a state of lying sideways, i.e., the opening 6 is bent so as to lie on the base material 5. The outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400 are preferably folded so that the outer wall surfaces of the outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400 come into contact with each other because the cross section is flattened and the space inside the cylinder is deaerated, so that the outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400 take on a belt-like shape. This makes it possible to reduce the bulk of the rolled outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400. Also, even in the zigzag-folded form, that is, the outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400 are preferably folded so that the outer wall surfaces of the outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400 come into contact with each other because the cross section is flattened and the space inside the cylinder is deaerated, so that the outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400 take on a belt-like shape. This makes it possible to reduce the bulk of the zigzag-folded outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400.

In the zigzag-folded outer bag containing the product according to this embodiment, the outer bag containing the product is zigzag-folded with a flat cross section and is preferably folded to match the position of the partition. Since the product bag body is not placed on the partition, the outer bag containing the product can be easily folded and the product bag body can be prevented from being bent. Here, it is preferable to provide a non-placement part of the bag body where the product bag body is not present before and after the partition. For example, the non-placement part 40 of the bag body shown in Figures 1, 8, 10 and 12. The presence of the non-placement part 40 makes it even easier to fold the outer bag. There is no particular limit to the length of the non-placement part 40 in the longitudinal direction X of the tube, but it is preferable that it be 5 to 100 mm, for example. The non-placement part 40 can be placed on one or both sides of the partition 41, but it is preferable to place the non-placement part 40 on both sides of the partition.

(Manufacturing method of rolled product containing outer bag)
Next, a method for manufacturing a rolled product-containing outer bag according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 16. The method for manufacturing a product-containing outer bag according to this embodiment is a method for manufacturing a product-containing outer bag by wrapping a plurality of bags 3, which are products and are stacked in a row continuously or intermittently so that some of the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) overlap with each other, in a tubular outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging, and integrating the stacked state of the bags 3 while maintaining the stacked state of the bags 3. The tubular outer bag with a fitting has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously with the same inner diameter along the length direction X of the tube using a resin film as a base material 5, has at least one opening 6 that opens along the length direction X of the tube, has a fitting 4 on the inner wall side of the base material 5 along the edge 6a of the opening, and has a structure in which the opening 6 is closed by the fitting 4 engaging with the base material 5. The method includes a first step of preparing the outer bag 1, a second step of disengaging the fittings 4 and opening the cylindrical outer bag 1 with the fittings, a third step of stacking the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) continuously or intermittently in a line on the base material 5 along the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5 so that some of the bags overlap, and providing non-placement sections 40 where no bags are placed at predetermined intervals every time a predetermined number of bags are stacked, a fourth step of wrapping the multiple bags 3 with the base material 5 while moving the base material 5 on which the multiple bags 3 are placed in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5 and engaging the fittings 4 to obtain the product-containing outer bag 100, and a partition forming step of providing partitions 41 in the product-containing outer bag 100 at positions corresponding to the non-placement sections 40. The partitions 41 are not shown in FIG. 16.

(First manufacturing method)
In the first manufacturing method, the tubular outer bag with fasteners for outer packaging and the outer bag containing the product are the tubular outer bag with fasteners 1 and the outer bag containing the product 100 shown in Figures 1 to 5, the bag body is the bag body p1 shown in Figures 6 and 7, and the outer bag containing the product 100 is wound up on a bobbin similar to the bobbin 51 shown in Figures 14 and 15. Furthermore, the longitudinal direction Y of the substrate 5 is the same as the length direction X of the tube with respect to the substrate 5.

(First step)
An outer bag roll 53 of a tubular outer bag 1 with a fastener for outer packaging wound around a bobbin 52 is prepared. The tubular outer bag 1 with a fastener for outer packaging is wound around the bobbin 52 in a flat state in which the fasteners 4 are engaged and the tube is crushed so that the fasteners 4 are located at the side ends. The tubular outer bag 1 with a fastener for outer packaging is unwound in the longitudinal direction X of the tube and sent to a dance roll 61a and a pinch roll 62a. When the fasteners 4 are separate from the substrate 5, the first step includes step 1A of preparing a tubular film or a half-cut film to which the fasteners 4 are not attached and step 1B of attaching a fastener tape to the tubular film or the half-cut film.

(Second step)
The fittings 4 are disengaged and the cylindrical outer bag 1 with fittings is in an expanded state. That is, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with fittings for outer packaging that has passed through the pinch roll 62a is sent to the pinch roll 62b with the fittings 4 disengaged by the claw guide roll 63, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with fittings is expanded, and the base material 5 is no longer overlapped.

(Third process)
The base material 5 is in the form of a flat sheet, and the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are placed on it. Specifically, the tubular outer bag 1 with fittings is spread out on the base material 5 in a state where the base material 5 is not overlapped, and the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are stacked continuously or intermittently in a line along the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5 so that some of the bags overlap. Then, every time a predetermined number of bags are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where no bag is placed is provided at a predetermined interval. FIG. 16 shows a form in which the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are stacked continuously in a line, and every time a predetermined number of bags are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where no bag is placed is provided at a predetermined interval. Here, the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are placed one by one on a conveyor 65 located downstream of a bag making machine (not shown) and sent. The bags on the transport conveyor 65, for example, bags p4, p5, p6, and p7, are placed on the substrate 5 in order.

(Fourth step)
While the base material 5 carrying the plurality of bags 3 is moved in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5, the base material 5 encases the plurality of bags 3, and the fittings 4 are engaged to obtain an outer product-containing bag 100. The outer product-containing bag 100 with the fittings 4 engaged is preferably sent to the touch roll 64, pinch roll 62c, and dance roll 61b with the opening 6 laid horizontally near the base of the fittings 4. The inside of the outer product-containing bag 100 is degassed, and the bulk is reduced.

(Partition forming process)
A partition 41 is provided in the product-containing outer bag 100 at a location corresponding to the non-placement portion 40. The partition 41 is preferably formed by heat-welding the inner wall surfaces of opposing base materials while pressing a heat sealer 43 against the location corresponding to the non-placement portion 40. The partition is obtained by forming a heat-welded portion using a heat sealer set at a temperature range that heat-welds the opposing base materials but does not melt them. Alternatively, the partition 41 may be formed by bonding the inner wall surfaces of opposing base materials. It is more preferable that the non-placement portion 40 is disposed on both sides of the partition 41.

(Fifth step)
The product-containing outer bag 100 is wound around a bobbin 51 with a flat cross section, to obtain a wound product-containing outer bag 50. Although a roll winding form is shown in Fig. 16, the product-containing outer bag 100 may be wound in a skein or zigzag with a flat cross section. When zigzag folding the product-containing outer bag 100, it is preferable to fold it in accordance with the position of the partition 41.

In the first manufacturing method, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting has one fitting 4, and in the second step, the base material 5 is spread horizontally, and in the fourth step, the fitting 4 is placed on the stacked surface of the bag bodies 3 and further interlocked. According to the first manufacturing method, the bag bodies 3 can be easily wrapped in the outer bag 1 in a palm-to-palm style, and the fitting 4 can be easily interlocked. This makes it easy to manufacture using equipment with a simple structure. In addition, the fitting 4 can be disengaged in a double-door style.

(Second manufacturing method)
Next, a second manufacturing method of the wound product-containing outer bag according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 17. Here, the tubular outer bag with fasteners for outer packaging and the product-containing outer bag are the tubular outer bag with fasteners 11 and the product-containing outer bag 200 shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the bag body is the bag body p1 shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, and the product-containing outer bag 200 is wound on the same bobbin as the bobbin 51 shown in Fig. 14 and Fig. 15 (the bobbin is not shown in Fig. 17). Furthermore, the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 15 is the same as the length direction X of the tube with respect to the base material 15.

(First step)
The first manufacturing method is the same as the first manufacturing method. The first step is not shown in Fig. 17. In addition, when the fitting 14 is separate from the base material 15, the first step includes step 1A of preparing a tubular film or a half-cut film to which the fitting 14 is not attached, and step 1B of attaching a fitting tape to the tubular film or the half-cut film.

(Second step)
For the tubular outer bag 11 with a fastening device for outer packaging that has passed through the claw opening 66, the base material 5 is expanded so that the cross section of the base material 5 in the longitudinal direction Y becomes U-shaped or V-shaped, and the fastening device 14 is disengaged and the tubular outer bag 11 with the fastening device is in an expanded state.

(Third process)
It is preferable to place the bag body inside the U-shaped or V-shaped base material with one of the left and right side ends of the bag body facing downward. Since the bag body can be neatly aligned by utilizing gravity, the bag body is more orderly aligned in the outer bag containing the product. That is, the tubular outer bag 11 with fittings is spread out, and the bag body (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) is stacked in a row continuously or intermittently so that a part of the bag body overlaps with the inside of the U-shaped or V-shaped base material 15 along the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5 by the positioning device 68. Then, every time a predetermined number of bag bodies are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where no bag body is placed is provided at a predetermined interval. FIG. 17 shows a form in which the bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are stacked in a row continuously, and every time a predetermined number of bag bodies are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where no bag body is placed is provided at a predetermined interval. Here, the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are placed one by one on a transport conveyor 65 located downstream of a bag making machine (not shown) and sent. The bags on the transport conveyor 65, for example, bags p4, p5, p6, and p7, are sequentially placed inside the base material 15.

(Fourth step)
While the base material 15 with the plurality of bags 13 placed inside is moved in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 15, the base material 15 encases the plurality of bags 3 by the claws 67, and the fitting device 14 is engaged to obtain an outer product-containing bag 200. The inside of the outer product-containing bag 200 with the fitting device 14 engaged is degassed, and the bulk becomes smaller.

(Partition forming process)
A partition 41 is provided in the product-containing outer bag 200 at a location corresponding to the non-placement portion 40. The partition 41 is preferably formed by heat-welding the inner wall surfaces of opposing base materials while pressing a heat sealer 43 against the location corresponding to the non-placement portion 40. Alternatively, the partition 41 may be formed by bonding the inner wall surfaces of opposing base materials to each other. It is more preferable that the non-placement portion 40 is disposed on both sides of the partition 41.

(Fifth step)
The outer product-containing bag 200 is wound around a bobbin with a flat cross section, to obtain a wound product-containing outer bag 54. Although a roll winding form is shown in Fig. 17, the outer product-containing bag 200 may be wound in a skein or zigzag with a flat cross section. When zigzag folding the outer product-containing bag 200, it is preferable to fold it in accordance with the position of the partition 41.

(Third manufacturing method)
Next, a third manufacturing method for a rolled product-containing outer bag according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 18. Here, the tubular outer bag with fasteners for outer packaging and the product-containing outer bag are the tubular outer bag with fasteners 21 and the product-containing outer bag 300 shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, the bag body is the bag body p1 shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, and the product-containing outer bag 300 is wound up on the same bobbin as the bobbin 51 shown in Fig. 14 and Fig. 15. Furthermore, the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 25 is the same direction as the length direction X of the tube with respect to the base material 25.

(First step)
An outer bag roll 55 of a cylindrical outer bag 21 with a fitting for outer packaging wound around a bobbin 56 is prepared. The cylindrical outer bag 21 with a fitting for outer packaging has two fittings, the fittings 4a and 4b are interlocked, and the cylindrical outer bag 21 is wound around the bobbin 56 in a flat state in which the tube is crushed so that the fittings 4a and 4b are located at both ends. The cylindrical outer bag 21 with a fitting for outer packaging is unwound in the longitudinal direction X of the tube and sent to the claw opening 66. When the fittings 4a and 4b are separate from the substrate 25, the first step includes step 1A of preparing a cylindrical film or a half-cut film to which the fittings 4a and 4b are not bonded, and step 1B of attaching a fitting tape to the cylindrical film or the half-cut film.

(Second step)
With respect to the cylindrical outer bag 21 with fittings for outer packaging that has passed through the opening claw 66, one 25b of the base material 25 that has been divided into two by the disengagement of the fittings 4a, 4b is horizontally spread, and the other 25a of the base material 25 is horizontally spread above the one 25b of the base material. The one 25b of the base material is sent to the pinch roll 62a. The other 25a of the base material is also sent to the pinch roll (not shown).

(Third process)
It is preferable that the one of the substrates 25b is made into a flat sheet shape, and the bag body is placed on the one of the substrates 25b so that the fittings 24a, 24b located at both ends in the width direction of the one of the substrates 25b are located at the left side end side and the right side end side of the bag body (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), respectively. That is, the one of the substrates 25b is spread, and the bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are stacked in a row continuously or intermittently along the longitudinal direction Y by the positioning device 68 so that a part of the bag body (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) overlaps. Then, every time a predetermined number of bag bodies are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where the bag body is not placed is provided at a predetermined interval. FIG. 18 shows a form in which the bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are stacked in a row continuously, and every time a predetermined number of bag bodies are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where the bag body is not placed is provided at a predetermined interval. Here, the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are placed one by one on a transport conveyor 65 located downstream of a bag making machine (not shown) and sent in. The bags on the transport conveyor 65, for example, bags p4, p5, p6, and p7, are sequentially placed on one side of the base material 25b.

(Fourth step)
It is preferable that the plurality of bags 23 are moved in the longitudinal direction Y while being placed on one of the substrates 25b, and the one of the substrates 25b that has been moved in the longitudinal direction Y is placed over the bags 23, and the fittings 24a, 24b are engaged by the hook 67. The fittings 24a, 24b engage to obtain the outer product bag 300. When the fittings 24a, 24b engage the outer product bag 300, the inside of the outer product bag 300 is degassed and the bulk is reduced when the outer product bag 300 passes through the pinch rolls 62b, 62c. The outer cylindrical bag 21 with fittings for outer packaging is divided into upper and lower parts as the one substrate 25b and the other substrate 25a, the bag 23 is placed between them, and the bag 23 is closed as before, and the bag 23 can be inserted into the outer cylindrical bag 21 by a simple operation.

(Partition forming process)
A partition 41 is provided in the product-containing outer bag 300 at a location corresponding to the non-placement portion 40.

The product-containing outer bag 300 is wound around the bobbin 51 with its cross section flat, to obtain a wound product-containing outer bag 57. Although a roll winding form is shown in Fig. 18, the product-containing outer bag 300 may be wound in a skein or zigzag with its cross section flat. When zigzag folding the product-containing outer bag 300, it is preferable to fold it in accordance with the position of the partition 41.

(Modification of Partition Forming Process)
In the partition forming step, it is preferable not to provide the fittings 4, 14, 24a, and 24b with the partition 41. Specifically, there are a form in which the heat sealer 43 and the fittings 4, 14, 24a, and 24b are not in contact with each other, and a form in which the contacting portion of the heat sealer 43 is made cooler than the other portions when the heat sealer 43 and the fittings 4, 14, 24a, and 24b are in contact with each other.

Next, referring to FIG. 19, a method for manufacturing a roll of a product-containing outer bag according to this embodiment, in which the outer bag is a cylindrical outer bag of a type that does not have a fitting, will be described. The method for manufacturing a product-containing outer bag according to this embodiment is a method for manufacturing a product-containing outer bag in which a plurality of bag bodies 33, which are stacked in a row continuously or intermittently so that part of the bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) as products are overlapped, are wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag 31 for outer packaging, and integrated while maintaining the stacked state of the bag bodies 33. The method includes a process A of preparing a belt-shaped resin film of equal width as the substrate 35, a process B of spreading the substrate 35, and a process C of stacking a plurality of bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) on the substrate 35 in a row continuously or intermittently so that part of the bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) overlap. and a process C of providing non-placement areas 40 where no bags are placed at predetermined intervals every time a predetermined number of bags are stacked; a process D of moving the base material 35 carrying multiple bags 33 in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 35, enveloping the multiple bags 33 with the base material 35, and forming the base material 35 into a cylindrical shape to obtain an outer bag containing a product 400 by peelably sealing, bonding or heat welding the inner walls 38a, 38b or the inner wall 38a and the outer wall 38d of the base material 35 along the edges 35a, 35b at both ends in the width direction of the base material 35; and a partition forming process of providing partitions 41 in the outer bag containing a product 400 at locations corresponding to the non-placement areas 40.

(工程A)
(Fourth manufacturing method)
(Step A)
The fourth manufacturing method will be described in more detail with reference to Fig. 19. A strip-shaped resin film of equal width is prepared as the substrate 35. In Fig. 19, a roll 58 of a cylindrical outer bag 31 is prepared, the cylindrical outer bag 31 being a cylindrical resin film produced by inflation film molding, the cylindrical outer bag 31 having a cylindrical shape that extends continuously along the length of the tube with a constant inner diameter, wound around a bobbin 59. In Fig. 19, the cylindrical outer bag 31 is unwound in the length direction X of the tube, and sent to a dance roll 61a and a pinch roll 62a.

(Process B)
The substrate 35 is in a spread state. By making a cut at one point of the body along the length direction of the cylinder, a band-like resin film of equal width is obtained. That is, the cylindrical outer bag 31 that has passed through the pinch roll 62a passes through the guide roll 74, and then the cutter 72 makes a cut at one point of the body along the length direction of the cylinder, and the guide roll 73 makes the substrate 35 in a horizontally spread state, and the substrate 35 is sent to the pinch roll 62b in a state where it is not overlapped. Alternatively, in the process A, a wound product in which the cut band-like resin film of equal width is wound around a bobbin is prepared, and in the process B, the resin film is sent to the pinch roll 62b in a horizontally spread state without using a cutter.

(Step C)
The base material 35 is made flat and sheet-like, and the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are placed on it. Specifically, on the spread base material 35, a plurality of bags are stacked continuously or intermittently in a line along the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 35 so that a part of the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) overlaps. Then, every time a predetermined number of bags are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where no bag is placed is provided at a predetermined interval. FIG. 19 shows a form in which the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are stacked continuously in a line, and every time a predetermined number of bags are stacked, a non-placement portion 40 where no bag is placed is provided at a predetermined interval. Here, the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn) are placed one by one on a conveyor 65 located downstream of a bag making machine (not shown) and sent. The bags on the transport conveyor 65, for example, bags p4, p5, p6, and p7, are placed on the base material 35 in order.

(Step D)
While the base material 35 on which the plurality of bags 33 are placed is moved in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 35, the base material 35 is wrapped around the plurality of bags 33 by the guide roll 63b, and the inner walls 38a, 38b of the base material 35 are peelably sealed, bonded or heat-sealed by the heat sealer 69 along the edges 35a, 35b at both ends in the width direction of the base material 35 to form a joint 39, and the base material 35 is formed into a cylindrical shape to obtain an outer bag containing a product 400. Here, it is preferable to place the edges at both ends in the width direction of the base material 35 on the stacked surface of the bags 33 and peelably seal, bond or heat-seal them. The bag 33 can be easily wrapped in the outer bag in a palm-to-palm manner, and peelable sealing, bonding or heat-sealing can be easily performed. For this reason, it is easy to manufacture the outer bag with a simple structure. In the outer bag containing the product 400, the plurality of bags 33 are wrapped in the cylindrical outer bag 31 for outer packaging. The heat-sealed outer bag 400 containing the product is preferably sent to the touch roll 64, the pinch roll 62c, and the dance roll 61b. At this time, the joint 39 is laid horizontally and sent. The inside of the outer bag 400 containing the product is deaerated, and the volume is reduced. In FIG. 19, the inner walls 38a and 38b of the base material 35 are peelably sealed, bonded, or heat-sealed, but the inner wall 38a and the outer wall 38d may be peelably sealed, bonded, or heat-sealed, or the inner wall 38b and the outer wall 38c may be peelably sealed, bonded, or heat-sealed. In FIG. 19, the heat sealer 69 is used to perform heat sealing, but gluing may be used. In process A, regardless of whether a roll 58 of tubular outer bag 31 is used or a roll in which a strip of equal width resin film after cutting is wound around a bobbin is used, after forming joint 39, multiple bag bodies 33 can be wrapped in tubular outer bag 31 for outer packaging.

(Partition forming process)
A partition 41 is provided in the product-containing outer bag 400 at a location corresponding to the non-placement portion 40.

The product-containing outer bag 400 is wound around the bobbin 51 with its cross section flat, to obtain the product-containing outer bag wound product 70. Although the product-containing outer bag 400 is shown in a rolled form in Fig. 19, the product-containing outer bag 400 may be wound in a skein or zigzag with its cross section flat. When zigzag-folding the product-containing outer bag 400, it is preferable to fold it in accordance with the position of the partition 41.

(Fifth manufacturing method)
Next, the fifth manufacturing method will be described. The fifth manufacturing method is the same as the second manufacturing method, except that instead of obtaining an outer bag containing a product by engaging a fitting, the substrate is peelably sealed, bonded or heat-sealed to obtain an outer bag containing a product. That is, in step A, one substrate is prepared, in step B, the substrate is spread so that the longitudinal cross section of the substrate is U-shaped or V-shaped, and in step C, the substrate is placed inside the U-shaped or V-shaped substrate with one of the left and right side ends of the substrate facing downward. In FIG. 19, the substrate 35 is spread out horizontally and flat, but as shown in FIG. 17, the substrate is made to have a U-shaped or V-shaped cross section, and the substrate 33 is stacked vertically in the substrate so that the side ends abut the substrate. In this form, the joint of the substrate is located on the side end side of the substrate 33.

(Sixth Manufacturing Method)
Next, the sixth manufacturing method will be described. The sixth manufacturing method is the same as the third manufacturing method, except that instead of obtaining an outer bag containing a product by engaging a fitting, the substrate is peelably sealed, bonded or heat-sealed to obtain an outer bag containing a product. That is, in step A, two substrates are prepared, in step B, one of the substrates is spread horizontally, and the other substrate is spread horizontally above the other substrate, in step C, one of the substrates is made into a flat sheet shape so that both ends in the width direction of one of the substrates are located at the left side end side and the right side end side of the bag body, respectively, and the bag body is placed on one of the substrates, and in step D, the other substrate is placed on the bag body, and the one substrate and the other substrate are peelably sealed, bonded or heat-sealed. The bag body can be inserted into the outer bag by a simple operation of arranging two substrates vertically and arranging the bag body between them and closing it. In this form, the joints of the substrates are located on both side ends of the bag body 33.

In any of the first to sixth manufacturing methods, it is preferable to further provide a separation perforation at the location where the partition 41 is provided. The separation perforation is preferably formed after the partition 41 is provided. This can prevent the separation perforation from disappearing when the partition 41 is formed by heat welding.

(Method of supplying bag body)
A method for supplying a bag body according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 20. The method for supplying a bag body according to this embodiment includes a sixth step of opening the interlocking portion or a portion of the outer bag other than the interlocking portion while pulling out the outer bag of the product-containing outer bag 100 according to this embodiment or the rolled product-containing outer bag 50 according to this embodiment, and a seventh step of supplying the bag bodies 3 in the opened outer bag to the filling machine one by one. The product-containing outer bag 200, 300, or 400 may be used as the product-containing outer bag. Also, the product-containing outer bag rolled product 54, 57, or 70 may be used as the product-containing outer bag rolled product. When the product-containing outer bag 400 or the product-containing outer bag rolled product 70 is used, the joint portion or a portion of the outer bag other than the joint portion is opened while pulling out the outer bag. Furthermore, a zigzag product of the product-containing outer bag may be used. When opening a portion of the outer bag other than the interlocking portion, the joint portion, or a portion of the outer bag other than the joint portion, it is preferable to use a cutter to open the outer bag. In addition, when a weakened portion is provided in a portion of the outer bag other than the bite portion, in the joint, or in a portion of the outer bag other than the joint, the weakened portion may be used for opening.

。 The outer bag may be opened using an opening aid 96. The partition 41 may be peeled off when opening (the peeled off trace 44 of the partition 41 is shown in Figure 20).

(Sixth step)
As shown in FIG. 20, the manufacturing process of the outer bag 100 containing the product or the wound product 50 containing the product is carried out in the reverse order. That is, the wound product 50 containing the product is sent to the dance roll 80, the pinch roll 81, and the touch roll 82, and then the fitting 4 lying horizontally is raised by the guide roll 83. Next, the female member 4b and the male member 4a are guided by the claw guide roll 84, respectively, to remove and open the interlocking part of the fitting 4 or the part of the outer bag other than the interlocking part. When the outer bag 400 containing the product or the wound product 70 containing the product is used, the joint part or the part of the outer bag other than the joint part is opened while pulling out the outer bag. In the sixth step, the state in which the bag body 3 is filled can be reproduced as it is. The outer bag 1 is sent to the pinch roll 87 and the touch roll 93, and is further wound up by the bobbin 91 to become the wound product 90 of the outer bag 1. The used outer bag 1 wound around the wound product 90 of the outer bag 1 is discarded.

The outer bag may be removed by turning the opening of the outer bag downwards and dropping the bag body down without removing the partition 41. Furthermore, the outer bag may be removed by turning the opening of the outer bag sideways and inserting a spatula-shaped tool into the outer bag to act as a guide without removing the partition 41.

(Seventh step)
The bags 3 in the opened outer bag 1 are supplied one by one to the filling machine. Here, the leading bag p4 of the bags 3 placed on the base material 5 is detected by the bag detector 86, removed by the suction device 85, and placed on one end of the positioning device 92 to become bag p3. The bag p3 placed on one end of the positioning device 92 is moved by the suction device 88 to the other end of the positioning device 92 to become bag p2. The bag detector 89 detects whether a bag exists at the position of bag p2. Then, bag p2 is supplied to the filling machine (not shown) as bag p1.

In the sixth and seventh steps, the outer bag containing the product 100 or the rolled product-containing outer bag 50 can essentially reproduce the bag making machine, making it possible to supply the bag bodies 3 to the filling machine at high speed. In other words, it can be said that the filling machine essentially reproduces the in-line bag making machine. It can also be seen that the task of bundling the bag bodies is no longer necessary, and the associated inspection process is also no longer necessary.

By providing the divider 41, the bags can be recognized as a set of a specified number of bags, making it easier to manage the bag supply operation.

This embodiment has multiple forms, and parts of each embodiment can be appropriately replaced and modified as long as the effects of the present invention are achieved.

In this embodiment, a cylindrical outer bag with fittings is used to wrap multiple bags to create an outer bag containing a product. However, the product is not limited to the bags shown in Figures 8 and 9. For example, card-shaped products can also be used. Products that do not have a card shape can also be arranged in a row at equal intervals and wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag with fittings or a cylindrical outer bag to maintain that state.
