Description
本実施形態の近赤外線カットフィルタガラスに用いるガラスBは、酸化物基準のモル%表示で、P2O5 25%~75%、Al2O3 2.5%~22%、R2O 0%~35%(ただし、R2Oは、Li2O、Na2O、及びK2Oの合量を表す)、R’’O 0.1%~35%(ただし、R’’OはMgO、CaO、SrO、BaO、及びZnOの合量を表す)、Fe2O3 0.1%~5%(ただし、5%を含まない)を含有することが好ましい。上記各成分の含有量を上記のように限定した理由を以下に説明する。
Al2O3の場合は、Al(PO3)3を使用した。
Li2Oの場合は、LiPO3、LiNO3、及びLi2CO3のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
Na2Oの場合は、NaPO3、NaNO3、及びNa2CO3のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
K2Oの場合は、KPO3、KNO3、及びK2CO3のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
B2O3の場合は、PBO4、H3BO3、及びBNのいずれか1種以上を使用した。
CaOの場合はCa(PO3)2、及びCaCO3のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
MgOの場合は、MgO、及びMg(PO3)2のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
BaOの場合は、Ba(PO3)2、及びBaCO3のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
ZnOの場合は酸化物、及びZn(PO3)2のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
Feの場合は、酸化物、及び金属粉のいずれか1種以上を使用した。
なお、ガラスの原料は、上記に限らず、公知のものを用いることができる。
全Fe量は、Fe2O3に換算した全鉄の含有量(%=質量百分率)である。割合の算出に必要なガラス中の2価の鉄(Fe2+)の量は、湿式分析法により定量した。具体的には、得られたガラスを粉砕し、ガラス粉末をHF(フッ化水素酸)にて溶解したものとビピリジル、酢酸アンモニウム溶液とを混合して発色させ、その吸光ピーク強度を測定し、標準試料により事前に作成した検量線を元に2価の鉄の量を定量した。これらを用いて、全Fe量に対するFe2+の割合を算出した。
また、図1、図2のとおり、組成が同一のガラスであっても、板厚が相違することで光学特性が大きく相違する。そのため、本発明の近赤外線カットフィルタガラスは、特定の板厚に限定されるものではないことがわかる。
例9の近赤外線カットフィルタガラス(板厚:0.2mm)の一方の主面に、SiO2とTiO2とを交互に7層積層した反射防止膜(合計の物理膜厚:370nm、構成は表4に示す)を真空蒸着法により設けた。次いで、前述のガラスの他方の主面に吸収層を形成した。吸収層は以下の方法で形成した。
式(化合物A)で示されるスクアリリウム色素を国際公開第2019/230660号に記載された方法により合成した。
式(化合物B)で示されるジインモニウム色素を日本国特許第4800769号公報に記載された方法により合成した。
式(化合物C)で示されるシアニン色素をDyes and pigments 73(2007)344-352に記載された方法により合成した。
式(化合物D)で示されるシアニン色素をDyes and pigments 73(2007)344-352に記載された方法により合成した。
式(化合物E)で示されるスクアリリウム色素を国際公開第2017/135359号公報に記載された方法により合成した。
具体的には、例10~例15の光学フィルタは、例16の近赤外線カットフィルタガラスと比較し、近赤外波長域における透過率が50%となる波長位置を短波長側に調整できることがわかる。また、例10の光学フィルタは、例16の近赤外線カットフィルタガラスと比較し、波長700nmの透過率を大幅に低下させることなく、波長850nm~950nmの平均透過率を下げる調整ができることがわかる。

Claims (10)
- 波長400nm~550nmの平均透過率が50%~92%であり、波長700nmの透過率が40%~92%であり、波長850nm~950nmの平均透過率が0.0001%~70%であり、波長1200nm~2500nmの平均透過率が0.0001%~60%であり、
酸化物基準のモル%表示で、P 2 O 5 、Al 2 O 3 、R’O(ただし、R’OはMgO、CaO、SrO、BaO、及びZnOから選ばれるいずれか1つ以上を表す)、Fe 2 O 3 を必須成分として含有し、且つFを含有せず、
Fe 2 O 3 5%~35%
を含有することを特徴とする近赤外線カットフィルタガラス。 - 酸化物基準のモル%表示で、
P2O5 40%~75%、
Al2O3 5%~22%、
R2O 0%~20%(ただし、R2Oは、Li2O、Na2O、及びK2Oの合量を表す)、
R’’O 0.1%~35%(ただし、R’’OはMgO、CaO、SrO、BaO、及びZnOの合量を表す)、
Fe2O3 5%~35%
を含有する請求項1に記載の近赤外線カットフィルタガラス。 - 酸化物基準のモル%表示で、
ZnO 0.1%~20%
を含有する請求項1又は2に記載の近赤外線カットフィルタガラス。 - Fe2O3に換算した全鉄(全Fe量)中の2価の鉄(Fe2+)の質量割合((Fe2+/全Fe量)×100[%])が25%~99%である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の近赤外線カットフィルタガラス。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の近赤外線カットフィルタガラスの少なくとも一方の主面に、波長600nm~1200nmの波長帯域に最大吸収波長を有する近赤外線吸収材を含む吸収層を備える光学フィルタ。
- 前記光学フィルタの主面に向けて法線方向から光を入射させた際に測定される、波長400nm~550nmの平均透過率が50%以上、波長700nmの透過率が92%以下、波長850nm~950nmの平均透過率が70%以下、波長1200nm~2500nmの平均透過率が60%以下である請求項5に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 波長550nm~1200nmの波長帯域において、前記光学フィルタの主面に向けて法線方向から光を入射させた際に測定される透過率が50%となる波長λLO50(0deg)と法線方向に対して30°の角度で光を入射させた際に測定される透過率が50%となる波長λLO50(30deg)のそれぞれの波長位置の差の絶対値|λLO50(0deg)-λLO50(30deg)|が18nm以下である請求項5または請求項6に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記吸収層は、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エン・チオール樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリエーテル樹脂、ポリアリレート樹脂、ポリサルホン樹脂、ポリエーテルサルホン樹脂、ポリパラフェニレン樹脂、ポリアリーレンエーテルフォスフィンオキシド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、環状オレフィン樹脂、およびポリエステル樹脂から選択され、これらを1種で単独、もしくは2種以上を混合してなる透明性樹脂を含む請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 前記近赤外線吸収材は、スクアリリウム色素、フタロシアニン色素、シアニン色素およびジインモニウム色素からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種からなる、請求項5~8のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルタ。
- 請求項5~9のいずれか1項に記載の光学フィルタを備える撮像装置。
