耐食性合金コーティングを適用する良好な方法の1つは、電解質再循環又は電解質溶液中へのブラシめっきワンドの浸漬の必要性を排除するために、銅電気めっき溶液等のイオン性及び/又は非イオン性電解質を成形可能な固体形態でパッケージングすることを含むブラシめっき処理である。電解質を固体の形態でパッケージングすることによって、ブラシめっき処理で液体電解質を使用する必要がない。導電性を維持するために電極に水が噴霧される。
Claims (23)
- 金属表面に多機能コーティングを適用する方法であって、前記方法は、以下を含む:
前記金属表面を洗浄すること;
無電解めっき、ブラシめっき、及び電気めっきのうちの少なくとも1つにより前記金属表面へ耐食性合金コーティングの層を適用すること;
オレオ疎水性複合コーティングの適用前に、化学的及び/又は電気化学的エッチング及びエポキシ、アクリル、又はアミンの官能基の付着により前記耐食性合金コーティングの層を改質及び官能化すること;
前記耐食性合金コーティングの上から前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングを適用すること;
ここで、
前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、パーフルオロポリマー及び/又はフルオロポリマーに埋め込まれた耐食性ナノ粒子とコーティングマトリクス中に埋め込まれたセラミックナノ粒子とを含み、
前記金属表面の洗浄は、ショットブラスト及び/又は酸/塩基洗浄を含む。 - 前記金属表面が熱交換器の一部である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器が発電設備内に配置される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記耐食性合金が、ニッケル、ニッケル-リン、ニッケル-コバルト、ニッケル-ホウ素、ニッケル-PTFE、及びクロムのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックナノ粒子が、シリカ、アルミナ、チタニア、及びセリアのナノ粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- パーフルオロオクチルトリクロロシラン、パーフルオロオクチルホスホン酸、パーフルオロポリヘドラルオリゴマーシルセスキオキサン(POSS)、トリクロロオクタデシル、トリクロロオクチルシラン、パーフルオロシロキサン、フッ化炭化水素、フルオロシラン、フッ酸、アミン、リン酸、アルコール、アクリレート、エポキシ、エステル、エーテル、スルホネート、及び/又はフルオロ又は非フルオロモノマーのうちの少なくとも1つを含む官能基を付着させることによって、埋め込まれたナノ粒子を官能化することを更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、コーティングマトリクス中に埋め込まれた金属ナノ粒子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子が、ニッケル、銅、及び鉄ナノ粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、パーフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多機能コーティングを金属表面に適用するためのアプリケータであって、アプリケータは、以下を含む方法に基づいて多機能コーティングを適用する、アプリケータ:
前記金属表面を洗浄すること;
無電解めっき、ブラシめっき、及び電気めっきのうちの少なくとも1つによって前記金属表面に耐食性合金コーティングの層を適用すること;
オレオ疎水性複合コーティングの適用前に、化学的及び/又は電気化学的エッチング及びエポキシ、アクリル、又はアミンの官能基の付着により前記耐食性合金コーティングの層を改質及び官能化すること;
前記耐食性合金コーティングの上から前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングを適用すること;
ここで、
前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、パーフルオロポリマー及び/又はフルオロポリマーに埋め込まれた耐食性ナノ粒子とコーティングマトリクス中に埋め込まれたセラミックナノ粒子とを含み、
前記金属表面の洗浄は、ショットブラスト及び/又は酸/塩基洗浄を含み、
前記アプリケータは、オレオ疎水性複合コーティングを含む。 - 前記金属表面が熱交換器の一部である、請求項10に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記熱交換器が発電設備内に配置される、請求項11に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記耐食性合金が、ニッケル、ニッケル-リン、ニッケル-コバルト、ニッケル-ホウ素、ニッケル-PTFE、及びクロムのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記セラミックナノ粒子が、シリカ、アルミナ、チタニア、及びセリアのナノ粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項13に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記方法が、パーフルオロオクチルトリクロロシラン、パーフルオロオクチルホスホン酸、パーフルオロポリヘドラルオリゴマーシルセスキオキサン(POSS)、トリクロロオクタデシル、トリクロロオクチルシラン、パーフルオロシロキサン、フッ化炭化水素、フルオロシラン、フッ酸、アミン、リン酸、アルコール、アクリレート、エポキシ、エステル、エーテル、スルホネート、及び/又はフルオロ又は非フルオロモノマーのうちの少なくとも1つを含む官能基を付着させることによって、埋め込まれたナノ粒子を官能化することを更に含む、請求項13に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、コーティングマトリクス中に埋め込まれた金属ナノ粒子をさらに含む、請求項10に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子が、ニッケル、銅、及び鉄ナノ粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項16に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、パーフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項10に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記アプリケータが、前記耐食性合金コーティングを含む、請求項10に記載のアプリケータ。
- 金属表面に多機能コーティングを適用する方法であって、前記方法は、以下を含む:
前記金属表面を洗浄すること;
成形可能な固体形態の金属合金の電解質溶媒を用いることにより前記金属表面へ耐食性合金コーティングの層を適用すること;
オレオ疎水性複合コーティングの適用前に、化学的及び/又は電気化学的エッチング及びエポキシ、アクリル、又はアミンの官能基の付着により前記耐食性合金コーティングの層を改質及び官能化すること;
前記耐食性合金コーティングの上から前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングを適用すること;
ここで、
前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、パーフルオロポリマー及び/又はフルオロポリマーに埋め込まれた耐食性ナノ粒子とコーティングマトリクス中に埋め込まれたセラミックナノ粒子とを含み、
前記金属表面の洗浄は、ショットブラスト及び/又は酸/塩基洗浄を含む。 - 前記方法が、パーフルオロオクチルトリクロロシラン、パーフルオロオクチルホスホン酸、パーフルオロポリヘドラルオリゴマーシルセスキオキサン(POSS)、トリクロロオクタデシル、トリクロロオクチルシラン、パーフルオロシロキサン、フッ化炭化水素、フルオロシラン、フッ酸、アミン、リン酸、アルコール、アクリレート、エポキシ、エステル、エーテル、スルホネート、及び/又はフルオロ又は非フルオロモノマーのうちの少なくとも1つを含む官能基を付着させることによって、埋め込まれたナノ粒子を官能化することを更に含む、請求項20に記載の方法。

- 前記オレオ疎水性複合コーティングが、パーフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
