Description
Claims (13)
- 複数の製造ステップを受ける、一意の機械可読識別子を担持する構成要素の、デジタル生産品質証明を生成するための方法であって、
複数の監視されている製造ステップについて1つまたは複数のセンサから前記製造ステップを示すパラメータを取得することと、ここで前記製造ステップの1つまたは複数は装置によって実行され、前記センサの1つまたは複数は前記装置の内部制御パラメータを測定し、
前記取得されたパラメータを前記一意の機械可読識別子とリンクさせることと、
前記製造ステップの前記取得されたパラメータに基づいて、選択された監視されている製造ステップについて1つまたは複数の品質分析を実施することと、
前記品質分析の結果に関連するデータを含む前記構成要素の前記デジタル生産品質証明を生成することと、
前記センサから前記構成要素について取得されている前記パラメータであって、少なくとも前記構成要素の出荷後に用いるための前記パラメータを、サーバシステムに記憶させることと
を含み、
前記記憶されたパラメータに対して追加の品質分析を実施し、且つ
前記追加の品質分析の結果を含めることによって前記構成要素の前記デジタル生産品質証明を更新することによって、
前記製造ステップの完了後および前記構成要素の出荷後に前記デジタル生産品質証明を更新すること
をさらに含む、方法。 - 前記品質分析の1つまたは複数は、以前に収集された前記製造ステップを示すデータからの機械学習から開発される分析である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記品質分析を実施することが前記製造ステップと同時に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の製造ステップを含む構成要素の製造プロセスを監視する方法であって、1つまたは複数の前記製造ステップがセンサによって監視され、前記方法は、
前記構成要素の一意の機械可読識別子を読み取ることと、
前記監視されている製造ステップについて前記製造ステップを示すパラメータを測定し、前記測定されたパラメータを前記サーバシステムに送信することと、
前記サーバシステムが、請求項1に記載の方法に従ってデジタル生産品質証明を生成することと
を含む、方法。 - 実施されたすべての品質分析の結果が肯定的である場合にのみ、前記構成要素を製造場所から発送することをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1の前記製造ステップは第1の製造場所において実施され、第2の前記製造ステップは前記第1の製造場所とは異なる第2の製造場所において実施され、
前記第1の前記製造ステップおよび前記第2の前記製造ステップを示す前記パラメータは同じサーバシステムに記憶され、同じ一意の機械可読識別子にリンクされる、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 個々の監視されている製造ステップを示す前記パラメータを分析することによって新しい品質分析を導入することと、
前記新しい品質分析の結果を含めることによって前記デジタル生産品質証明を更新することと
をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前の製造ステップの個々の品質分析がまだ実施されていない場合、または個々の品質分析の結果が否定的である場合、後続の製造ステップを実施することができない、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記製造ステップは、第1の部分構成要素を第2の部分構成要素と接合する接合ステップを含み、前記第1の部分構成要素は、第1の一意の機械可読識別子を担持し、前記第2の部分構成要素は、第2の一意の機械可読識別子を担持し、前記デジタル生産品質証明は、前記第1の部分構成要素および前記第2の部分構成要素の両方の前記実施された品質分析の結果を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の前記実施された品質分析の結果が否定的である場合、構成要素を再加工することをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 個々の品質分析は、パラメータの組み合わせの分析を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 一意の機械可読識別子によって前記構成要素をマークすることをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 一意の機械可読識別子を担持し、製造ステーションにおける複数の品質に敏感な製造ステップを含む製品の製造プロセスの品質をチェックするための品質管理システムであって、
前記品質に敏感な製造ステップの品質を示すパラメータを測定するための、前記製造ステーションにある1つまたは複数のセンサと、ここで前記パラメータは前記製造ステップを実行する装置の内部制御パラメータを含み、
前記一意の機械可読識別子を読み取るための前記製造ステーションにあるリーダと、
前記測定されたパラメータおよび前記一意の機械可読識別子をサーバシステムに送信するための送信機と
を備え、
前記サーバシステムは、請求項1に記載の方法を実施するように構成されている、品質管理システム。
