Description
この場合、再生側から処理側へのリークが問題となるが、例えば目的物質が二酸化炭素の場合、外気の二酸化炭素濃度は450ppm程度と低いために外気が処理出口側にリークしても、処理出口の二酸化炭素濃度は数十ppm程度高くなるだけである。パージゾーンを設けることと、イニシャルコストを天秤にかけ、要求に合わせた提案ができる。

Claims (7)
- 50℃以下の低温再生可能な吸着材を担持した吸着ハニカムロータを有し、前記吸着ハニカムロータを少なくとも処理ゾーンと再生ゾーンに分割し、前記処理ゾーンに処理対象ガスを通風し、目的物質をハニカムに吸着させて除去し、前記再生ゾーンに再生用ガスを通風することでハニカムが吸着した前記目的物質を脱着させるようにしたガス除去濃縮装置であって、再生用送風機を再生入口側に配置し、前記再生用送風機による昇温のみで加熱することにより再生加熱手段を不要としたことを特徴とするガス除去濃縮装置。
- 前記吸着ハニカムロータにおいて、前記再生ゾーンの後にパージゾーンを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去濃縮装置。
- 前記吸着ハニカムロータにおいて、前記再生ゾーンの前にプレパージゾーン、後にパージゾーンを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス除去濃縮装置。
- 前記吸着ハニカムロータにおいて、前記再生ゾーンの出口ガスの一部を前記プレパージゾーンの入口へ導入するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス除去濃縮装置。
- 請求項3又は請求項4に記載のガス除去濃縮装置において、前記パージゾーンの出口ガス及び又は前記プレパージゾーンの出口ガスの風量を風量調整装置によって制御するようにしたことを特徴とするガス除去濃縮装置。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のガス除去濃縮装置において、制御盤に空気取入れ口と空気取出し口を設け、前記空気取出し口から前記再生ゾーン入口、前記パージゾーン入口、前記パージゾーン出口のうち少なくとも一つ以上に通る配管を設けたことを特徴とするガス除去濃縮装置。
- 請求項6に記載のガス除去濃縮装置において、前記配管を処理用送風機及び又は前記再生用送風機のモータ付近を通すようにしたことを特徴とするガス除去濃縮装置。
