Claims (4)
- 二酸化炭素ガスの吸着能力を有する二酸化炭素吸着材を担持したハニカムロータを有し、前記ハニカムロータを吸着ゾーンとプレパージゾーンと再生ゾーンとパージゾーンに分割し、前記吸着ゾーンに処理対象空気の一部を通風することで、処理対象空気に含まれる二酸化炭素をロータ部分の二酸化炭素吸着材に吸着させて分離除去するようにし、前記処理対象空気の残りの一部をパージゾーンに通し、パージゾーンを通過した空気を再生ヒータで加熱して再生ゾーンに通し、再生ゾーンを通過した空気をプレパージゾーンに通すようにしたことを特徴とする二酸化炭素濃縮装置。
- 前記再生ゾーンを通過した空気の一部を前記再生ヒータの前に戻し再生循環させ、前記再生循環している空気の一部をプレパージゾーンに通すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素濃縮装置。
- 二酸化炭素ガスの吸着能力を有する二酸化炭素吸着材を担持したハニカムロータを有し、前記ハニカムロータを吸着ゾーンとプレパージゾーンと再生ゾーンに分割し、前記吸着ゾーンに処理対象空気の一部を通風することで、処理対象空気に含まれる二酸化炭素をロータ部分の二酸化炭素吸着材に吸着させて分離除去するようにし、前記処理対象空気の一部を再生ヒータで加熱して再生ゾーンに通し、前記再生ゾーンを通過した空気をプレパージゾーンに通すようにしたことを特徴とする二酸化炭素濃縮装置。
- 前記の二酸化炭素吸着材が、酸化セリウム、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化セリウムのメソ多孔体、酸化ジルコニウムのメソ多孔体、ゼオライト、活性炭、炭酸塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二酸化炭素濃縮装置。
