Claims (11)
- 2個以上の円筒型電池セルが並列に連結された複数の電池セル集合体が直列に連結された電池モジュールであって、
前記並列に連結された電池セル集合体は、レール型ソケットによって2個以上の円筒型電池セルの負極が電気的に連結されており、
電池セル集合体間の直列連結は、連結部材によって前記レール型ソケットと隣接した電池セル集合体を構成する円筒型電池セルの正極とが電気的に連結されることによってなされており、
前記円筒型電池セルは、下面及び側面が負極として印加されるセルケースと、上面中央に所定高さだけ突出した正極端子と、を含み、
前記側面の所定位置には、内側に所定深さだけ陥没した溝部が形成されており、
前記レール型ソケットは、前記円筒型電池セルの上面を露出させるための複数の貫通ホールが形成された上面部と、前記上面部から下方に延びた一対の側面部であって、前記円筒型電池セルの溝部に着座する折曲部がそれぞれ設けられた一対の側面部と、を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記連結部材は、伝導性素材のワイヤまたは所定幅のプレートである、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記側面部は、円筒型電池セルの側面と密着する第1延長部と、一側が前記第1延長部と連結されたままで前記円筒型電池セルの溝部に着座する前記折曲部と、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記側面部は、円筒型電池セルの側面と密着する第1延長部と、一側が第1延長部と連結されたままで前記円筒型電池セルの溝部に着座する前記折曲部と、一側が前記折曲部と連結され、円筒型電池セルの側面と密着する第2延長部と、を順次備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記折曲部の断面は、前記円筒型電池セルの溝部の断面と同じ形状を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記貫通ホールの内径はトップキャップの外径より大きい、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記正極端子は、前記上面部の貫通ホールを通過して所定高さだけ突出する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記セルケースの上面端とレール型ソケットの上面部の底面とが密着する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記レール型ソケットはニッケル素材を含み、前記連結部材はアルミニウム素材を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールと、
複数のセルケースを収容するように収容ホールが形成されたパックケースと、
を含む、電池パック。 - 請求項10に記載の電池パックを含む、デバイス。
