Description

前記金属シートの内側面を覆う熱可塑性樹脂層と

前記外装体は、
前記1または複数枚のラミネートフィルムによって前記電極積層部を包み、
前記電極積層部の周囲に、前記1または複数枚のラミネートフィルムの内側面が重ね合わされ、かつ、前記熱可塑性樹脂層が熱融着した合わせ面を有し、
前記合わせ面から前記ラミネートフィルムの外に前記正極集電タブと前記負極集電タブをはみ出させており、
前記1または複数枚のラミネートフィルムは、
前記電極積層部の周囲において前記合わせ面よりも外側に延びた部位を有し、
前記合わせ面よりも外側に延びた部位では、
前記合わせ面において重ね合わされた前記ラミネートフィルムがそれぞれ前記合わせ面から外側に延びており、
前記ラミネートフィルムの前記金属シートの外側面は、前記絶縁樹脂層で覆われており、かつ、
互いに対向しうる前記ラミネートフィルムの前記金属シートの内側面は、前記熱可塑性樹脂層がなく露出し、前記ラミネートフィルムの金属シートの電位を検査するための金属露出部となる部分をそれぞれ有する、
ラミネート型蓄電デバイス。 - 前記ラミネートフィルムの前記合わせ面において、前記ラミネートフィルムに挟まれ、前記ラミネートフィルムの前記金属シートと電気的に接続され、かつ、前記ラミネートフィルムから露出した金属部材を有する、請求項1に記載されたラミネート型蓄電デバイス。
- 前記外装体は、前記電極積層部を挟むように覆う2枚のラミネートフィルムからなり、前記電極積層部の周りに沿って、2枚のラミネートフィルムの熱可塑性樹脂層を融着させた合わせ面を有し、
前記2枚のラミネートフィルムは、それぞれ前記合わせ面から外側にはみ出ており、
前記ラミネートフィルムの前記金属シートの外側面は、前記絶縁樹脂層で覆われており、かつ、
互いに対向しうる前記ラミネートフィルムの前記金属シートの内側面は、前記熱可塑性樹脂層がなく露出し、前記ラミネートフィルムの金属シートの電位を検査するための金属露出部となる部分をそれぞれ有する、
請求項1または2に記載されたラミネート型蓄電デバイス。 - 請求項1から3までの何れか一項に記載されたラミネート型蓄電デバイスを用意する工程と、
前記ラミネート型蓄電デバイスのうち、前記合わせ面よりも外側に延びた部位において、前記ラミネートフィルムの前記金属シートの内側面が露出した部分に第1プローブが当てられ、前記正極集電タブまたは前記負極集電タブに第2プローブが当てられる工程と
を備えた、ラミネート型蓄電デバイスの短絡検査方法。
