Claims (11)
- - 中間層(5)に連結された、第一のペイン(3)及び第二のペイン(4)で構成された複合ペイン(2)と、
- 活性層(11)が2つの表面電極(7,8)間に配置されている電気光学的機能素子(6)と
を含み、
前記電気光学的機能素子が、前記第一のペイン(3)及び前記第二のペイン(4)の間に配置されている、接続アセンブリ(1)であって、
それぞれ、ストリップの形態の単一の柔軟なバスバー(16)が、前記2つの表面電極(7,8)に適用されており、前記バスバー(16)が、折りたたまれ、前記複合ペイン(2)から出されており、折り目領域(22)の前の第一のバスバーセクション(24)の延在方向、及び前記折り目領域(22)の後の第二のバスバーセクション(25)の延在方向の間の角度が、10°~170°、特に、90°である、接続アセンブリ(1)。 - 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、ペイン端部に垂直に前記複合ペイン(2)から出されている、請求項1に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、1つの同じペイン端部で前記複合ペイン(2)から出されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、それぞれ、関連する前記表面電極(7,8)に、又は前記表面電極及び前記バスバーの間に配置された層(26)に、直接接続された第一の接続領域(19)を有し、前記第一の接続領域(19)が、前記電気光学的機能素子(6)の側端部に沿って延在する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、それぞれ、電気伝導性箔、特に、金属箔のストリップとして実装されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、それぞれ、10μm~500μmの厚さ、及び/又は0.5mm~100mmの幅、及び/又は5cm~150cmの長さを有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、それぞれ、前記複合ペインの外部に配置された第二の接続領域(20)、特に、外部接続への電気的接続のためのはんだ接触点(21)を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、それぞれ、プレースメント、はんだ付け化合物、電気伝導性接着剤、又は電気伝導性接着テープによって、関連する前記表面電極(7,8)へ適用されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、それぞれ、鋭い端部なしで折りたたまれており、折り目の曲率半径rは、0.1mm~100mmである、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)。
- 以下の工程:
a) 電気光学的機能素子(6)を提供すること、
b) バスバー(16)を2つの表面電極(7,8)に適用し、前記バスバー(16)を折りたたむこと、
c) 2つの前記バスバー(16)が、それぞれ、複合ペイン(2)から出されるように、前記複合ペイン(2)をラミネートすること
を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(101)を製造する方法。 - 乗り物分野、又は建築分野における、家具、電気器具又は装飾品での、複数ペインの複合ガラスペインにおける請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の接続アセンブリ(1)の使用。
