Claims (14)
- ディスク形の工作物(5)の少なくとも1つの表面(6)を金属コーティングする方法であって、
コーティング前に、コーティングされるべき前記表面(6)の凹凸のある表面構造が、測定装置(42)によって検出され、
前記表面(6)に対して移動される少なくとも1つの堆積装置(25)によってコーティングが行われて、コーティング材料が塗布され、
前記堆積装置(25)が、検出された前記表面構造に基づいて制御装置によって制御され、より多い材料が凹領域に局所的に塗布され、かつ、より少ない材料が凸領域に局所的に塗布される、方法。 - 前記コーティングが、レーザ堆積溶接として行われること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記レーザ堆積溶接中、金属粉末が、前記堆積装置(25)によって、コーティングされるべき前記表面(6)に堆積され、
レーザによって、塗布された前記金属粉末が局所的に溶融され、コーティング(7)が形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティング中、塗布される金属粉末の量および/または前記レーザの出力が、前記制御装置によって制御されること、
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 工作物(5)の少なくとも1つの表面(6)を金属コーティングする方法であって、
コーティング前に、コーティングされるべき前記表面(6)の凹凸のある表面構造が、測定装置(42)によって検出され、
前記表面(6)に対して移動される少なくとも1つの堆積装置(25)によってコーティングが行われて、コーティング材料が塗布され、
前記少なくとも1つの堆積装置(25)が、検出された前記表面構造に基づいて制御装置によって制御され、より多い材料が凹領域に局所的に塗布され、かつ、より少ない材料が凸領域に局所的に塗布され、
前記少なくとも1つの堆積装置が少なくとも2つの堆積装置(25)を含み、前記少なくとも2つの堆積装置(25)が、前記工作物(5)上にコーティング(7)を同時に堆積させる、方法。 - 前記工作物(5)が、ディスク形または平面であり、
前記コーティング(7)が、2つの相反する面(6)上に行われること、
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 工作物(5)の少なくとも1つの表面(6)を金属コーティングする方法であって、
コーティング前に、コーティングされるべき前記表面(6)の凹凸のある表面構造が、測定装置(42)によって検出され、
前記表面(6)に対して移動される少なくとも1つの堆積装置(25)によってコーティングが行われて、コーティング材料が塗布され、
前記少なくとも1つの堆積装置(25)が、検出された前記表面構造に基づいて制御装置によって制御され、より多い材料が凹領域に局所的に塗布され、かつ、より少ない材料が凸領域に局所的に塗布され、
前記工作物(5)が、ディスク形または平面であり、
コーティング(7)が、2つの相反する面(6)上に行われ、
前記少なくとも1つの堆積装置が少なくとも2つの堆積装置(25)を含み、前記少なくとも2つの堆積装置(25)が、互いに直接対向しており、前記コーティング(7)が、前記2つの相反する面(6)に対する垂線方向に沿って前記コーティング材料を溶射して前記工作物の両面上で同時に行われる、方法。 - 前記コーティング中、コーティングされるべき前記表面(6)が、重力に概ね平行に向けられること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティング後、コーティング面(6)が、アウトプット測定装置(52)によって測定され、表面構造が検出されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティング面の材料を除去して寸法的に正確な前記コーティング面を実現する後処理が行われ、材料除去工具が、前記アウトプット測定装置(52)で検出された前記表面構造に応じて、前記工作物(5)に対して移動されること、
を特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記後処理が、研削、ホーニング加工、ラップ加工および/または研磨を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - ディスク形の工作物(5)の少なくとも1つの表面(6)を金属コーティングするシステムであって、
コーティングされるべき前記表面(6)の凹凸を含む表面構造を検出する測定装置(42)と、
コーティング中に前記工作物(5)の前記表面(6)に対して移動され得る、コーティングを堆積させる少なくとも1つの堆積装置(25)と、
前記検出された表面構造に基づいて、より多くの材料が凹領域に局所的に塗布され、かつ、より少ない材料が凸領域に局所的に塗布されるように前記堆積装置(25)を制御する制御装置と、
を備える、システム。 - コーティング面(6)の表面構造を検出することができるアウトプット測定装置(52)が設けられること、
を特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。 - 少なくとも1つの材料除去処理デバイス(66)を備える後処理ステーション(64)が配置され、前記少なくとも1つの材料除去処理デバイスは前記コーティング面の材料を除去して寸法的に正確な前記コーティング面を実現すること、
を特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
