組成物1は、高分子量の線状ポリマーからの改善された物理的特性と、中間分岐がない、より低分子量の高度に分岐したポリマーからの改善された加工性とのバランスを示す高ムーニーEPDMである。
本発明のニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーは、任意の他の添加剤を含み得る。適切な添加剤の非限定的な例としては、油、充填剤、酸化防止剤、UV安定剤、発泡剤、難燃剤、着色剤または顔料、およびそれらの組み合わせが挙げられる。
本発明のニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマー組成物は、ゴム配合物(バンバリーミキサーまたは押出機)にさらに調合され、さらに硬化されて最終製品になり得る(押出成形、射出成形、カレンダー加工)。
連続重合
重合反応は、定常状態条件、すなわち溶媒、モノマー、および触媒の一定の反応物濃度および連続的な投入、ならびに未反応モノマー、溶媒、およびポリマーの一定の回収のもと行った。反応器システムを冷却し、加圧して蒸気相の形成を防止した。モノマー:エチレン(CAS74-85-1);プロピレン(CAS115-07-1);5-エチリデン-2-ノルボルネン、ENB(CAS16219-75-3)。

45重量%~55重量%のエチレンモノマーと、
40重量%~50重量%のプロピレンコモノマーと、
3重量%~6重量%の5-エチリデン-2-ノルボルネンターモノマー(ENB)と、を含む、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
[5] 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、以下の特性

[8] 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、
375,000~400,000のMwを有する第1のポリマー成分と、
第2のポリマー成分と、の反応器内ブレンドである、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
[9] 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、
30重量%~40重量%の前記第1のポリマー成分と、
70重量%~60重量%の前記第2のポリマー成分と、を含む、上記[8]に記載の組成物。
[10] 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、1ppm~5ppmのハフニウムおよび1ppm~5ppmのジルコニウムを含む、上記[1]~[9]のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
Claims (10)
- 組成物であって、0重量%超~6.0重量%の非共役ポリエンを含む、ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーを含み、
前記インターポリマーが、第1の反応器を用いて調製した第1のポリマー成分と第2の反応器を用いて調製した第2のポリマー成分とのブレンドであり、前記第1の反応器および前記第2の反応器が、直列に構成および操作され、互いと流体連通しており、
前記インターポリマーが、以下の特性
(i)240,000~270,000の分子量(Mw)と、
(ii)80~85のムーニー粘度(ML(1+4)、125℃)と、
(iii)35~65のレオロジー比であって、前記レオロジー比が190℃でのV0.1/V100を指しており、V0.1が190℃および0.1ラジアン/秒で測定した粘度であり、V100が190℃および100ラジアン/秒で測定した粘度である、前記レオロジー比と、
(iv)2.2~3.5のMw/Mnと、
(v)0.6~0.9のタンデルタ比であって、前記第1の反応器内で調製した前記第1のポリマー成分のタンデルタ(0.1ラジアン/秒、190℃)に対する、前記インターポリマーのタンデルタ(0.1ラジアン/秒、190℃)の比として定義される、タンデルタ比と、

(viii)1.5~1.7のMw/V0.1比を有することと、を有する、請求項4に記載の組成物。 - 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、3.2~3.5のMw/Mnを有する、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、0.7~0.9のタンデルタ比を有する、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、
375,000~400,000のMwを有する第1のポリマー成分と、
第2のポリマー成分と、の反応器内ブレンドである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、
30重量%~40重量%の前記第1のポリマー成分と、
70重量%~60重量%の前記第2のポリマー成分と、を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。 - 前記ニートエチレン/プロピレン/非共役ポリエンインターポリマーが、1ppm~5ppmのハフニウムおよび1ppm~5ppmのジルコニウムを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
