Claims (20)
- 調節型眼内レンズの光学部を製造する方法において、
前記方法は、
前要素と、後要素と、前記前要素と前記後要素の間において形成された光学部流体室とを備える、光学部を有する調節型眼内レンズを提供するステップであって、前記前要素は前光学表面を有し、前記後要素は後光学表面を有し、前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方は、目への挿入の前において球形構成である、ステップと、
前記調節型眼内レンズを目に挿入する前に前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方の形を前記球形構成から非球形構成へと変更するステップとを備える、調節型眼内レンズの光学部を製造する方法。 - 前記調節型眼内レンズを目に挿入する前に前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方の形を前記球形構成から非球形構成へと変更するステップは、
前記光学部流体室内の流体圧力を高くし、前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方を前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変形させるように、前記光学部流体室に流体を加えるステップを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記流体を加えるステップの前に前記光学部に少なくとも1つのハプティックを固定するステップを備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記光学部は、前記光学部の周辺表面から径方向外向きに延びている突起を備え、前記少なくとも1つのハプティックは前記突起において前記光学部に固定されている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記光学部は、上面視において、少なくとも一部分が円弧である外側縁を有し、前記少なくとも1つのハプティックは、前記円弧の湾曲に対して径方向外向きの場所において前記突起に固定されている、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記調節型眼内レンズを提供するステップは、前記前要素を前記後要素に接合するステップを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記前要素及び前記後要素の内の少なくとも一方は、機械加工されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方の形を前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変更するステップの前に、前記光学部は10D~15Dの基底状態を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記前光学表面が前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変更される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記後光学表面が前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変更される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 調節型眼内レンズにおいて、
前記調節型眼内レンズは、
前要素と、後要素と、前記前要素と前記後要素の間において形成された光学部流体室とを備える、光学部を備え、
前記前要素は前光学表面を有し、
前記後要素は後光学表面を有し、
前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方は、前記調節型眼内レンズを目へ挿入する前において球形構成であり、
前記調節型眼内レンズを目に挿入する前に、前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方が前記球形構成から非球形構成へと変更される、調節型眼内レンズ。 - 前記光学部流体室内の流体圧力を高くし、前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方を前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変形させるように、前記光学部流体室に流体を加えることによって、前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方が前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変更される、請求項11に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記調節型眼内レンズは、前記光学部に固定されている少なくとも1つのハプティックをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学部は、前記光学部の周辺表面から径方向外向きに延びている突起を備え、前記少なくとも1つのハプティックは前記突起において前記光学部に固定されている、請求項13に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学部は、上面視において、少なくとも一部分が円弧である外側縁を有し、前記少なくとも1つのハプティックは、前記円弧の湾曲に対して径方向外向きの場所において前記突起に固定されている、請求項14に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記前要素は前記後要素に接合されている、請求項11に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記前要素及び前記後要素の内の少なくとも一方は、機械加工されている、請求項11に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記前光学表面及び前記後光学表面の内の少なくとも一方の形を前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変更する前に、前記光学部は10D~15Dの基底状態を有する、請求項11に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記前光学表面が前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変更される、請求項11に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
- 前記後光学表面が前記球形構成から前記非球形構成へと変更される、請求項11に記載の調節型眼内レンズ。
