Description
一実施の形態における作業機械の一例としてホイールローダの構成について図1を用いて説明する。なお本実施の形態における作業機械はホイールローダに限定されるものではない。本実施の形態の作業機械は、クイックカプラを搭載している作業機械であればよく、油圧ショベル、ブルドーザ、モータグレーダなどであってもよい。
次に、カプラシリンダ21のアンロック状態とロック状態とについて図2を用いて説明する。
次に、カプラシリンダ21を駆動制御する油圧システム20について図3および図4を用いて説明する。
次に、コントローラ30の機能ブロックについて図5を用いて説明する。
次に、図3および図4に示す本実施の形態における油圧システム20の制御方法について図6、図7を用いて説明する。ここでは、バケット6をアンロック状態(図4)からロック状態(図3)へ切り替える場合の制御方法を例に挙げて説明する。
次に、本実施の形態の作用効果について説明する。
また本実施の形態においては図3、図4に示されるように、油の供給指令は、オルタネートスイッチの操作に基づく。
Claims (9)
- 油を供給されることにより伸長位置と縮退位置との間で駆動するカプラシリンダと、
前記伸長位置と前記縮退位置との間で駆動させるために前記カプラシリンダに油を供給する油圧ポンプと、
前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給を制御するバルブと、
前記バルブの駆動を制御するコントローラと、を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記油圧ポンプと前記バルブとの間の油路における圧力に基づいて前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給停止を前記バルブに指令する、作業機械の油圧システム。 - 前記カプラシリンダが前記伸長位置および前記縮退位置の各々で固定されている状態において前記カプラシリンダには所定値以上の圧力の油が供給される、請求項1に記載の作業機械の油圧システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給指令に基づいて前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給開始を前記バルブに指令する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の作業機械の油圧システム。
- 油の前記供給指令は、オルタネートスイッチの操作に基づく、請求項3に記載の作業機械の油圧システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記油圧ポンプと前記カプラシリンダとの間の前記油路における圧力が所定圧力に到達した時点で前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給を停止し、

前記コントローラは、前記油圧ポンプと前記バルブとの間の油路における圧力に基づいて前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給停止を前記バルブに指令する、作業機械。 - 油を供給されることにより伸長位置と縮退位置との間で駆動するカプラシリンダと、前記伸長位置と前記縮退位置との間で駆動させるために前記カプラシリンダに油を供給する油圧ポンプと、前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給を制御するバルブと、を有する作業機械における油圧システムの制御方法であって、
前記油圧ポンプと前記バルブとの間の油路における圧力を検知するステップと、
検知された前記圧力に基づいて前記カプラシリンダへの油の供給停止信号を前記バルブに出力するステップと、を備えた、油圧システムの制御方法。
