Claims (14)
- 複数の導体パターンを有するコイル導体と、
前記複数の導体パターンの間に設けられており第1平均粒径を有する第1軟磁性金属粒子を含む複数の第1磁性層、及び、前記第1磁性層の間において前記複数の導体パターンの周囲に設けられており前記第1平均粒径よりも大きな第2平均粒径を有する第2軟磁性金属粒子を含む複数の第2磁性層が積層方向に積層された磁性積層体と、
前記磁性積層体の第1端面に設けられており、前記コイル導体の一端と接続されている第1外部電極と、
前記第1端面と対向する前記磁性積層体の第2端面に設けられており前記コイル導体の他端と接続されている第2外部電極と、
を備え、
前記複数の第1磁性層は、前記積層方向に垂直な平面方向において前記第2磁性層よりも外側に突出している、
コイル部品。 - 前記第2平均粒径は、前記第1平均粒径の2倍以上である、
請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記積層方向における前記磁性積層体の一端に設けられており前記第2平均粒径よりも大きな第3平均粒径を有する第3軟磁性金属粒子を含むカバー層を備え、
前記第2磁性層は、前記平面方向において前記カバー層よりも外側に突出している、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコイル部品 - 前記第3平均粒径は、前記第2平均粒径の2倍以上である、

請求項3又は請求項4に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記積層方向における前記磁性積層体の一端に設けられており前記第2平均粒径よりも大きな第3平均粒径を有する第3軟磁性金属粒子を含むカバー層と、前記積層方向における前記磁性積層体の他端に設けられており前記第2平均粒径よりも大きな第4平均粒径を有する第4軟磁性金属粒子を含む他のカバー層を備える、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第4平均粒径は、前記第2平均粒径の2倍以上である、
請求項6に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第4平均粒径は、6~20μmの範囲にある、

請求項9に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記コイル導体は、前記複数の第2磁性層のうちの一つの層を貫通して前記第2外部電極に接続される第2引出導体を有する、
請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記積層方向における前記磁性積層体の一端に設けられており前記第2平均粒径よりも大きな第3平均粒径を有する第3軟磁性金属粒子を含むカバー層と、前記磁性積層体の前記積層方向における他端に設けられており前記第2平均粒径よりも大きな第4平均粒径を有する第4軟磁性金属粒子を含む他のカバー層とを備え、
前記第2引出導体は、前記他のカバー層に接している、
