Description
The present invention relates to a power train torque control device that transmits torque via a chain.
However, with the above conventional technology, the torque transmission direction is reversed between when the driving motor is running and when it is regenerating, and the tension side of the chain changes accordingly, resulting in vibration in the chain part. was there. Technologies for suppressing vibrations generated in the chain include, for example, the chain tensioner disclosed in JP-A-6-288446 and the chain guide disclosed in JP-A-2016-200197, but these mechanisms cannot be added to the powertrain. This poses a problem of increased friction and increased costs.
One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a power train torque control device that can suppress vibrations occurring in a chain without increasing friction or increasing costs.

[Embodiment 1]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the overall configuration of a hybrid vehicle according to Embodiment 1, which is equipped with a power train torque control device of the present invention. The power train of the hybrid vehicle (hereinafter referred to as vehicle) shown in FIG. 1 includes an

The integrated
The driving mode of the vehicle includes an engine driving mode in which the vehicle runs using only the torque of the
Further, in the hybrid driving mode, during coasting driving with the accelerator pedal opening being less than a predetermined value and the brake pedal being released, the
[Chain vibration suppression control processing]
Next, chain vibration suppression control processing will be explained. As shown in FIG. 2, the
Here, in the torque range where chain vibration may occur, the power running torque side is set to the power running side lower limit torque Tover, and the regenerative torque side is set to the regeneration side upper limit torque Tunder. In other words, when the motor generator torque Tmg required by the calculation is between the power running side lower limit torque Tover and the regeneration side upper limit torque Tunder, which are set on both sides of 0 torque, the motor generator torque Tmg that is finally commanded is is corrected to a value greater than or equal to the powering side lower limit torque Tover or less than the regeneration side upper limit torque Tunder and output. Of the coasting torque Tc mentioned above, Tc2 is the same value as the regeneration side upper limit torque Tunder, and Tc3 is the same value as the powering side lower limit torque Tover, so that the possibility of chain vibration occurring when coasting torque is generated is avoided. ing.

FIG. 4 is a time chart showing the chain vibration suppression control process of the first embodiment. The upper part of FIG. 4 shows a time chart of a comparative example in which chain vibration suppression control processing is not performed, and the lower part of FIG. 4 shows a time chart of
When the driver fully releases the accelerator pedal at time t1, it is determined that the vehicle is coasting, and the vehicle speed is higher than the first predetermined vehicle speed V1, so the first regenerative torque Tc1 is set as the coasting torque. .
At time t2, when the vehicle speed falls below the first predetermined vehicle speed V1, a second regenerative torque Tc2 is set that has an absolute value smaller than the absolute value of the first regenerative torque Tc1. In the case of the comparative example, chain vibration occurs because the absolute value of the second regenerative torque Tc2 is smaller than the absolute value of the regenerative side upper limit torque Tunder. On the other hand, in the case of the first embodiment, since the second regenerative torque Tc2 is set to the regenerative side upper limit torque Tunder, the occurrence of chain vibration can be suppressed.
At time t3, when the driver depresses the accelerator pedal to request acceleration, the
At time t4, the driver returns the accelerator pedal from a heavily depressed state to a slightly depressed state, transitioning to a gentle powering state. The
At time t5, when the vehicle speed falls below the first predetermined vehicle speed V1, the second regenerative torque Tc2 is set as the coast torque Tc, so the motor generator torque Tmg increases within the regenerative torque range. In the case of the comparative example, chain vibration occurs because the absolute value of the motor generator torque Tmg is smaller than the absolute value of the regeneration side upper limit torque Tunder and is set near 0 torque. On the other hand, in the case of the first embodiment, since the motor generator torque Tmg is set to the regeneration side upper limit torque Tunder, the occurrence of chain vibration can be suppressed.
At time t6, when the vehicle speed falls below the second predetermined vehicle speed V2, power running torque Tc3 equivalent to creep torque is set as coast torque Tc, so motor generator torque Tmg increases and power running torque is generated. In the case of the comparative example, chain vibration occurs because the absolute value of the motor generator torque Tmg is smaller than the absolute value of the power running side lower limit torque Tover. On the other hand, in the case of the first embodiment, since the motor generator torque Tmg is set to the power running side lower limit torque Tover, the occurrence of chain vibration can be suppressed.
At time t7, when the driver depresses the accelerator pedal to request acceleration, the
