本願は、2018年11月16日に提出された『非石油燃料の温度を制御するための流体バイパス方法及びシステム」というタイトルの米国仮出願番号62/768151及び2019年8月6日に提出された『非石油燃料の温度を制御するための流体バイパス方法及びシステム』というタイトルの米国出願番号16/532682の優先権を請求し、それらは引用により本願に組み込まれる。
本開示は、加圧ガス又は燃料の分配システムに関し、より具体的には、非石油燃料、例えば水素又は天然ガスの温度を制御するためのバイパス方法及びシステムを含む加圧ガス又は液体の分配システムに関する。
450bar及び20K(-253℃)の水素は95barの実質的に空の車両タンクに注入するために用いられる。この場合、30%の燃料ストリームはバイパスストリームとして分流され熱交換器に入り、熱交換器を流れた後、バイパスストリームの温度は-50℃である。水素燃料ストリームの残部は気化器に入る。次に、熱交換器を流れたバイパスストリームは気化器を流れた燃料ストリームと混合して混合燃料ストリームを形成する。ここで、混合燃料ストリームの温度は-1℃であり、その温度は分配器内の流量計、コントローラ及び他の部品に対して快適であり、温度変動による熱衝撃及び熱応力が回避される。

(1)単独の蓄冷器を除去し、資金コストを低減する。
(2)冷却システムを除去し、資金及び運営コストを低減する。
(3)燃料ステーション設備の敷地面積を減少させる。
(4)水素分配性能が向上し、冷却速度がより速く、分配温度が制御可能となり、水素分配温度の設定値を柔軟に設定できる。
(5)任意のサイズの車両タンクに柔軟に注入できる。関連技術において、単一の分配器内であっても、専用の350bar及び700barのノズルを提供するために、分配器は単独の分配チャネルを必要とする。本開示では、各ノズルが-40℃の分配温度で350barの環境温度の中型/重型(MD/HD、Medium Duty/Heavy Duty)車両及び700barの軽量車両(LDV、Light Duty Vehicleles)を迅速に注入することが可能である。
(6)分配器において、流量計、バルブ、フィルタ、レギュレータ、及び温度が-40℃(図3のMIXOUT)と低い熱サイクルに敏感である可能性のある他の装置に対して、環境温度近似領域を生成する。
Claims (19)
- 液体又は実質的に超臨界の熱力学的状態にある非石油燃料を提供するステップと、
バイパスラインにより、部分的に気化されたか又は気化されていない前記非石油燃料の少なくとも第1の部分を有するバイパスストリームを熱交換器に分流するステップと、
前記バイパスストリームを前記熱交換器の低温側に提供するステップと、
気化器において第2の部分を加熱して加熱された第2の部分を提供するために、前記非石油燃料の前記第2の部分を前記気化器に提供するステップと、
前記気化器からの前記非石油燃料の前記加熱された第2の部分と前記熱交換器からの前記バイパスストリームとを混合して混合燃料ストリームを形成するステップと、
冷却された混合燃料ストリームを得るために、前記熱交換器の高温側で前記混合燃料ストリームを前記熱交換器に供給するステップと、を含む、
非石油燃料の温度を制御するための流体バイパス方法。 - 前記非石油燃料は液化天然ガスであり、
前記方法は、さらに、前記冷却された混合燃料ストリームを少なくとも一台の車両に供給するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の流体バイパス方法。 - 前記非石油燃料は液体水素であり、
前記方法は、さらに、前記冷却された混合燃料ストリームを少なくとも一台の車両に供給するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の流体バイパス方法。 - 前記バイパスストリームの割合は5%~95%の範囲内にある、請求項3に記載の流体バイパス方法。
- 前記冷却された混合燃料ストリームの温度は-15℃~20℃の範囲内にある、請求項3に記載の流体バイパス方法。
- 前記熱交換器は伝熱式熱交換器である、請求項3に記載の流体バイパス方法。
- 前記熱交換器はアルミニウムコア熱交換器であり、
前記第1の部分は前記気化器の中間点から取られる、請求項6に記載の流体バイパス方法。 - 所望の車両圧力は20MPa~100MPaの範囲内にある、請求項2または3に記載の流体バイパス方法。
- 前記非石油燃料を前記少なくとも一台の車両に分配するための分配温度は-50℃~30℃の範囲内である、請求項2または3に記載の流体バイパス方法。
- 前記バイパスストリームにおける前記第2の部分の量は少なくとも一つの制御可能なバルブにより制御され、前記非石油燃料を前記少なくとも一つの車両に供給するために、分配温度を分配温度設定値に維持する、請求項2または3に記載の流体バイパス方法。
- 前記混合燃料ストリームの前記車両への供給が完了する前に、前記バイパスストリームは前記分配温度に等しい温度に均等化される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記非石油燃料の少なくとも第3の部分を、前記気化器から前記バイパスラインに分流するステップをさらに含み、ここで、前記第3の部分は前記気化器において少なくとも部分的に気化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却された混合燃料ストリームを前記少なくとも一台の車両に供給するステップと、
前記非石油燃料を少なくとも第2の車両に供給するステップとを、さらに含み、ここで、前記分流されたバイパスストリームは第1のバイパスストリームと第2のバイパスストリームに分けられ、ここで、前記第1のバイパスストリームは、前記少なくとも一台の車両に流れる混合燃料ストリームを冷却するために前記熱交換器に分流され、前記第2のバイパスストリームは第2の車両に流れる第2の混合燃料ストリームを冷却するために第2の熱交換器に分流される、請求項2または3に記載の方法。 - 前記冷却された混合燃料ストリームを前記少なくとも一台の車両に供給するための分配器をさらに含み、前記分配器は流量計、圧力調整器、ノズル及び前記熱交換器を含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 液体又は実質的に超臨界の熱力学的状態にある非石油燃料を前記非石油燃料が少なくとも一台の車両に流れる圧力で少なくとも前記一台の車両に供給するように構成されるポンプと、
部分的に気化されたか又は気化されていない前記非石油燃料を有する少なくとも第1の部分を分流するように設置され、バイパスバルブを含むバイパスラインと、
前記ポンプからの前記非石油燃料を受け入れるための入口を含み、前記非石油燃料の少なくとも第2の部分を加熱するように構成される気化器と、
気化器の下流に設置される熱交換器と、
前記非石油燃料を前記車両に供給するためのノズルを含む分配器と、を含み、
前記熱交換器は、前記バイパスラインからの前記非石油燃料の前記少なくとも第1の部分が前記熱交換器の低温側に供給され排出され、前記気化器から離れた前記非石油燃料の前記第2の部分と混合して混合燃料ストリームを形成するように構成され、
前記分配器の前記ノズルにより、前記混合燃料ストリームを前記少なくとも一台の車両に排出する前に、前記混合燃料ストリームを前記熱交換器の高温側に供給する、
非石油燃料の温度を制御するためのシステム。 - 前記気化器は複数の熱伝達コイル部を含み、少なくとも第2のバイパスバルブは前記複数の熱伝達コイル部のうちの少なくとも一つに設置され、前記バイパスラインを介して前記加熱された燃料の少なくとも第3の部分を前記熱交換器に供給する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器は伝熱式熱交換器である、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器はアルミニウムコア熱交換器である、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- プロセッサによって実行されると、コンピュータにおいて実行される請求項1に記載の非石油燃料の温度を制御するための流体バイパス方法を含むコンピュータプログラムを記憶する非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な記憶媒体。
