Description
本願は、2018年11月16日に提出された『液化ガスを分配する方法及びシステム』というタイトルの米国仮出願番号62/768150、及び2019年9月20日に提出された『液化ガスを分配する方法及びシステム』というタイトルの米国出願番号16/576904の優先権を請求し、それらは引用により本願に組み込まれる。
本発明は、液化ガスを分配する方法及びシステムに関し、より具体的には、液化水素ガス又は液化天然ガスを分配する方法及びシステムに関する。
Claims (14)
- 非石油燃料を液化燃料として貯蔵タンクに供給するステップと、
ポンプを使用して前記液化燃料の圧力を目標圧力まで上昇させるステップであって、前記ポンプは前記貯蔵タンク内に設置され、ソケット内に挿入されており、前記ソケットは前記貯蔵タンクに溶接され、薄肉の導管で構成され、真空隔離されており、前記ポンプは、前記貯蔵タンクから隔離された油圧駆動システムによって作動される、ステップと、
前記液化燃料の第1の部分を前記ポンプから熱交換器を迂回させるか又は少なくとも部分的に迂回させるステップと、
前記液化燃料の第2の部分を、前記液化燃料の第2の部分を昇温させるように構成される前記熱交換器に排出するステップと、
外部冷却、又は前記ポンプと分配器との間に設置された貯蔵サブシステムが存在しない場合、前記液化燃料の第1の部分と前記液化燃料の第2の部分を混合することにより、前記液化燃料の温度を制御するステップと、を含む、
燃料を分配するための方法。 - 前記貯蔵タンクは地下にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器は前記液化燃料を加熱するように構成される気化器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記液化燃料は液体水素又は液化天然ガスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプの入口は前記貯蔵タンク内の前記液化燃料に浸漬され、前記貯蔵タンクの底部に設置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記液化燃料の第1の部分は前記熱交換器において部分的に気化された液化燃料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記液化燃料の第1の部分はポンプからの前記液化燃料の総量の5%~95%の割合に設定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 混合された第1の部分及び第2の部分を少なくとも一つの車両に分配することをさらに含み、貯蔵サブシステムを設置することを含まない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非石油液化燃料を貯蔵するための少なくとも一つの貯蔵タンクと、
前記貯蔵タンク内に設置された少なくとも一つのポンプであって、前記少なくとも一つのポンプは、前記少なくとも一つのポンプを作動させるために使用され、前記少なくとも一つの貯蔵タンクから隔離されている油圧駆動システムを含み、前記少なくとも一つのポンプは、圧力を目標圧力まで上昇させることにより前記液化燃料を提供するように構成されており、前記少なくとも一つのポンプは、前記貯蔵タンクに溶接され、薄肉の導管で構成され、真空隔離されているソケットに挿入されている、少なくとも一つのポンプと、
前記少なくとも一つのポンプからの前記液化燃料の温度を上昇させるように構成される熱交換器と、
前記液化燃料のコールドストリームを第1の部分として受け入れるように構成される前記熱交換器を迂回するバイパスラインと、
分配器であって、外部冷却、又は前記ポンプと前記分配器との間に設置される貯蔵サブシステムが存在しない場合、前記目標圧力及び目標温度で前記液化燃料を分配するための制御システムを含む分配器と、を含み、
前記液化燃料の第2の部分は前記熱交換器に供給され加熱される、
燃料を車両に分配するためのシステム。 - 前記貯蔵タンクは地下に直接的に埋め込まれる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器は気化器である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換器は少なくとも一つの分岐点を含み、前記分岐点は前記熱交換器において少なくとも部分的に気化された液化燃料を提供するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分を前記目標温度に混合するための熱管理システムをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも二つのポンプは前記液化燃料を少なくとも二つの車両に供給するように設置され、かつ前記システムは貯蔵サブシステムを含まない、請求項9に記載のシステム。
