上記のように、物理量が加速度である場合、比較部11は、入力された2つのパラメータa1(送り速度)、a2(時定数)から加速度を計算し(送り速度/時定数)、算出された加速度と、推奨設定値又は推奨設定範囲として設定されている加速度の値とを比較する。また、物理量が最大加加速度である場合、比較部11は、入力された2つのパラメータa1(最大加速度)、a2(時定数)から最大加加速度を計算し(最大加速度/時定数)、算出された最大加加速度と、推奨設定値又は推奨設定範囲として設定されている最大加加速度の値とを比較する。

Claims (3)
- 工作機械又は産業機械の軸、又は、モータを制御するためのパラメータに関する推奨設定値又は推奨設定範囲のセットとして、前記工作機械又は前記産業機械の軸、又は前記モータのイナーシャに応じて設定内容が切り換わるように設定された複数セットの前記推奨設定値又は前記推奨設定範囲を記憶する記憶部と、
イナーシャの大きさの指定及び前記パラメータの入力を受け付けるパラメータ入力部と、
入力された前記パラメータと、複数セットの前記推奨設定値又は前記推奨設定範囲のうちの、前記工作機械又は前記産業機械の軸、又は前記モータのうちの制御対象についての前記指定されたイナーシャの大きさに対応する前記推奨設定値又は前記推奨設定範囲とを比較する比較部と、
前記比較部による比較結果として、入力された前記パラメータが前記制御対象についての前記指定されたイナーシャの大きさに対応した前記推奨設定値と異なる又は前記推奨設定範囲を逸脱する場合に警告を提示する比較結果提示部と、を備える制御装置。 - 工作機械又は産業機械の軸、又は、モータを制御するためのパラメータに関する推奨設定値又は推奨設定範囲のセットとして、前記工作機械又は前記産業機械の軸、又は前記モータのストロークに応じて設定内容が切り換わるように設定された複数セットの前記推奨設定値又は前記推奨設定範囲を記憶する記憶部と、
ストロークの長さの指定及び前記パラメータの入力を受け付けるパラメータ入力部と、
入力された前記パラメータと、複数セットの前記推奨設定値又は前記推奨設定範囲のうちの、前記工作機械又は前記産業機械の軸、又は前記モータのうちの制御対象についての前記指定されたストロークの長さに対応する前記推奨設定値又は前記推奨設定範囲とを比較する比較部と、
前記比較部による比較結果として、入力された前記パラメータが前記制御対象についての前記指定されたストロークの長さに対応した前記推奨設定値と異なる又は前記推奨設定範囲を逸脱する場合に警告を提示する比較結果提示部と、を備える制御装置。 - 入力された前記パラメータは、所定の物理量に関するパラメータの組を含み、
前記比較部は、前記パラメータの組から前記所定の物理量を算出し、算出された前記所定の物理量と、前記制御対象の性質に対応した前記推奨設定値又は前記推奨設定範囲と比較する、請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。
