Description
囲の部位から起立している。筒壁17は、円筒状の内周面を有している。この内周面及び雄端子11の外周面間の空間に、充電インレット2の雌コネクタ20が挿入される。図3に示されるように、筒壁17の内径は、23mmに設定されている。
1(図11を参照)は、13mmである。つまり、可撓片112の厚みは、2mmである。
12の長さL1よりも小さく設定されている。具体的に、支持部120の長さL2は、22mmである。なお、支持部120は、円柱状や四角筒状等に形成されてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 充電コネクタの一対の雄端子に接続可能な一対のレファレンス端子と、
前記レファレンス端子と前記雄端子との接触抵抗を調整可能な調整部材と、を備え、
前記レファレンス端子は、縮径可能であり、
前記レファレンス端子は、
それぞれが前記雄端子に接触可能であり、中心軸まわりに間隔を置いて配置された複数の接触片を有し、
前記複数の接触片の各接触片は、
前記中心軸と平行な方向に沿って延びる形状を有する可撓片と、
前記可撓片の内面から前記中心軸に向けて突出する接触部と、を有し、
前記調整部材は、前記複数の接触片の外周面に取り付けられることが可能であるとともに、前記複数の接触片を縮径させる外力を当該複数の接触片に対して付与可能であり、
前記接触部は、前記中心軸に向かって凸となるように湾曲する形状を有する、レファレンス治具。 - 前記接触部は、頂部を有し、
前記頂部の曲率半径は、前記可撓片と前記接触部との境界部の曲率半径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のレファレンス治具。 - 前記頂部の曲率半径は、前記可撓片と前記接触部との境界部の曲率半径の2倍である、請求項2に記載のレファレンス治具。
- 前記頂部の曲率半径は、1mmであり、
前記可撓片と前記接触部との境界部の曲率半径は、0.5mmである、請求項3に記載のレファレンス治具。 - 前記レファレンス端子は、前記可撓片を支持する支持部をさらに有し、
前記可撓片は、当該可撓片と前記支持部とが接続された側とは反対側に形成された先端部を有し、
前記接触部は、前記可撓片の内面のうち前記中心軸と平行な方向に前記先端部から前記支持部側に離間した部位に接続されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のレファレンス治具。
