Claims (4)
- 中空のハウジング(10)、前記ハウジング(10)の一側上に回転自在に結合されたドーズダイヤル(20)、前記ハウジング(10)の他側上に固着された状態で薬物が内蔵されたカートリッジが収容されると共に、薬物が吐き出される注入ニードルが一側上に結合されるカートリッジホルダー(30)、前記ドーズダイヤル(20)の外側上に配される注入ボタン(40)、及び前記カートリッジホルダー(30)の外部上に分離可能に結合されるキャップを含む薬物投入調節装置において、
前記ハウジング(10)内で前記ドーズダイヤル(20)に連動した状態で回動することにより、トーションバネ(140)にねじりモーメントを保存して注入しようとする薬物の量を設定させる注入量設定モジュール(100)と、
前記注入ボタン(40)の動作によって、前記注入量設定モジュール(100)にスイッチング可能に結合され、前記トーションバネ(140)に加えられたねじりモーメントの解除を通じて運動することにより、前記注入量設定モジュール(100)に設定された薬物設定量を前記カートリッジホルダー(30)に内蔵されたカートリッジから外部に吐き出させる薬物吐出モジュール(200)と、を含み、
前記注入量設定モジュール(100)は、
前記注入ボタン(40)の動作によって、前記ドーズダイヤル(20)にスイッチング可能に結合されるリセットチューブ(110)、前記リセットチューブ(110)の外側上に結合されて同時に回動するラチェットチューブ(120)、前記ラチェットチューブ(120)の外面上に軸方向に沿って摺動自在に回動するスケールドラム(130)、及び前記ハウジング(10)と前記ラチェットチューブ(120)上に両先端が結合されたトーションバネ(140)を含み、
前記薬物吐出モジュール(200)は、
前記注入ボタン(40)の動作によって、前記リセットチューブ(110)上にスイッチング可能に結合されるロッドガイド(210)、
前記ロッドガイド(210)の外側上にスクリュー結合された状態で前記ロッドガイド(210)の回動によって直線運動を実施することにより、カートリッジホルダー(30)に内蔵されたカートリッジの薬物を外部に吐き出させるピストンロッド(220)を含み、
前記注入ボタン(40)の動作時に、前記リセットチューブ(110)に結合された前記ロッドガイド(210)が、前記ピストンロッド(220)の内部上にスクリュー回転結合で結束されることにより、前記ロッドガイド(210)の回転を通じて前記ピストンロッド(220)の下部直線運動を可能にすることにより、ピストンロッド(220)とロッドガイド(210)とのスクリュー方式結合を通じたカートリッジ薬物放出構造を有することを特徴とする、薬物投入調節装置。 - 前記ハウジング(10)に結合されるバネベース(150)を含み、前記トーションバネ(140)は、両端がそれぞれバネベース(150)及びラチェットチューブ(120)上に結合され、
前記ドーズダイヤル(20)を通じた回転時には、
前記ラチェットチューブ(120)に固定された前記トーションバネ(140)の一側は、回動する一方、前記バネベース(150)に固定された前記トーションバネ(140)の他側は、固定された状態を保持することにより、バネのねじれ状態を作る、請求項1に記載の薬物投入調節装置。 - 前記ロッドガイド(210)は、
前記ピストンロッド(220)の内面に形成されたガイド係合溝に分離可能に結合するガイド螺旋突起が形成されたガイド胴体及び前記ガイド胴体の一側外面上に突設されて、前記リセットチューブ(110)の内面上に形成されたガイド係合溝に分離可能に結合するガイド回転突起を含む、請求項1に記載の薬物投入調節装置。 - 前記ロッドガイド(210)は、前記ハウジング(10)内で軸方向に沿って揺動なしに回転自在に固定する、請求項3に記載の薬物投入調節装置。
