Claims (10)
- 内視鏡用スネア装置であって、
弓形状の復原力を伴い近位端で共に固定された、湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対のスネアワイヤであって、前記スネアワイヤは、1対の湾曲したスネアワイヤの間にスネアワイヤ面を確定するように、互いから径方向に張り出す関係で前記近位端からスネア延長(L)で遠位端へ延び、スネアワイヤの中間部を互いに幅(W)だけ離隔するための弾性的な付勢を有する、1対のスネアワイヤと、
メッシュであって、メッシュの近位縁端部が、1対の前記スネアワイヤのうちの一方の中間部に対して滑らないように装着された部分から、1対の前記スネアワイヤのうちの他方の中間部に対して滑らないように装着された部分まで伸びるように、前記スネア延長(L)未満のメッシュ延長(A)だけ、滑らない方法で、前記スネアワイヤの中間部及び遠位部に装着されたメッシュであって、湾曲した1対の前記スネアワイヤの中間部の間の前記幅(W)よりも長い長さの前記近位縁端部によって、湾曲した1対の前記スネアワイヤと前記メッシュとで、前記スネアワイヤ面上の内部空間を部分的に囲う籠を形成し、前記籠は、1対の前記スネアワイヤ間のスネアワイヤ面に前記内部空間への遮るものがない開口であって、前記開口の下には障害物がない開口を有し、前記スネアワイヤ面の上を通る籠の口を形成する、前記メッシュの前記近位縁端部を有する、メッシュと、
開口部コードであって、前記メッシュの開口縁端部に装着され、かつ、1対の前記スネアワイヤのうちの一方の中間部に対して滑らないように装着された部分から、1対の前記スネアワイヤのうちの他方の中間部に対して滑らないように装着された部分まで伸びる、開口部コードと、を備え、
前記籠の口の前記近位縁端部は前記開口部コードによって強化され且つ支持される、内視鏡用スネア装置。 - 前記メッシュ延長(A)は、前記スネア延長(L)の1/4~3/4の範囲である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記内視鏡用スネア装置は、前記スネアワイヤ面から出て延び、湾曲して弾性的に変形する支持ワイヤを含む、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する前記支持ワイヤは電気絶縁される、請求項3に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する前記支持ワイヤは、撚り合わされて電気絶縁コーティングされる、請求項4に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記メッシュは前記支持ワイヤの上に延びる、請求項3に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記メッシュは前記支持ワイヤに装着される、請求項3に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対の前記スネアワイヤのそれぞれに横並びで位置付けられ、弓形状の復原力を伴い固定された、湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対の切開ワイヤを含み、前記切開ワイヤは各々遠位端及び近位端を有し、前記切開ワイヤの前記遠位端は、前記スネアワイヤの前記遠位端に共に装着され、前記切開ワイヤの前記近位端は、前記スネアワイヤの前記近位端に共に装着される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記切開ワイヤの中間部は、それぞれの前記スネアワイヤに装着される、請求項8に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記支持ワイヤは、前記スネアワイヤ面に対して実質的に垂直である支持ワイヤ面内で、前記スネアワイヤ面から出て延びる、請求項3に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
