<軟磁性薄帯の作製>
実験1では、アモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯、および、Fe基ナノ結晶からなる軟磁性薄帯を作製した。まず、アモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯の作製方法について説明する。アモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯の組成がFe-Si-B系の組成(Fe75Si10B15)となるように原料金属を秤量した。秤量した各原料金属を高周波加熱にて溶解し、母合金を作製した。
さらに、各軟磁性薄帯の飽和磁束密度Bsおよび保磁力Hcaを測定した。飽和磁束密度は振動試料型磁力計(VSM)を用いて磁場1000kA/mで測定した。保磁力は直流BHトレーサーを用いて磁場5kA/mで測定した。アモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯は飽和磁束密度Bsが1.5T、保磁力Hcが2.5A/mであった。Fe基ナノ結晶からなる軟磁性薄帯は飽和磁束密度Bsが1.48T、保磁力Hcが2.8A/mであった。
(試料2~試料5)
まず、アモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯に、樹脂溶液を塗布した。その後、溶剤を乾燥させ、軟磁性薄帯の両面において接着層を形成することで、磁性シートAを作製した。なお、接着層の厚みは、最終的に得られる積層体における接着層の厚みが1層あたり5μmとなるようにした。
まず、Fe基ナノ結晶からなる軟磁性薄帯に、樹脂溶液を塗布した。その後、溶剤を乾燥させ、軟磁性薄帯の両面において接着層を形成することで、磁性シートBを作製した。なお、接着層の厚みは、最終的に得られる積層体における軟磁性層の占積率が表1の値になるようにした。
まず、試料2~5と同様に、磁性シートAを準備した。
実験2では、小片に分割したトロイダル形状の積層体を作製し、小片の個数を変化させた場合におけるコアの保磁力およびインダクタンスLの変化を評価した。
実験3では、軟磁性薄帯の組成を下表に示す通りに変化させた点以外は実験2と同様の試験を行った。なお、表9の試料30のみ、組成以外の点が実験1のアモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯と同様にして作製した軟磁性薄帯を用いた。なお、試料30の軟磁性薄帯はアモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯であり、アモルファスからなる軟磁性薄帯を小片化することができなかった。

Claims (8)
- コイルおよび磁性コアを含むコイル部品であって、
前記磁性コアは複数の軟磁性層が積層されている積層体を有し、
前記軟磁性層にはマイクロギャップが形成してあり、
前記軟磁性層は前記マイクロギャップにより少なくとも2個以上の小片に分割されており、
単位面積あたりの前記小片の個数が296個/cm2以上1000000個/cm2以下であり、
Fe基ナノ結晶からなる構造が前記軟磁性層に観察され、
前記積層体における磁性材料の占積率が、50%以上99.5%以下であり、前記磁性材料の体積が前記軟磁性層の体積と実質的に一致することを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 単位面積あたりの前記小片の個数が296個/cm2以上10000個/cm2以下である請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記積層体は複数の軟磁性層および複数の接着層が交互に積層されている請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記軟磁性層は磁束の流れ方向に略平行に配列されている請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性コアが磁性体含有樹脂を含み、
