Claims (8)
- 組電池は、並べられた複数の単電池と、前記複数の単電池のうち隣り合う単電池の間に配置された中間ホルダーと、前記複数の単電池の両側にそれぞれ配置されたエンドホルダーと、両端のエンドホルダーの平板部を押して拘束圧を作用させるように構成された拘束部材とを備え、
前記単電池は、
電極体と、前記電極体を収容する電池ケースとを有し、
電池ケースは、
対向した一対の幅広面と、
前記一対の幅広面にそれぞれ直交し、かつ、互いに対向する一対の幅狭面と、
前記幅広面と前記幅狭面とを繋ぐ4つの辺部と
を有し、
前記複数の単電池は、前記幅広面が順に対向し、かつ、前記一対の幅狭面が揃うように並べられており、
前記中間ホルダーと前記エンドホルダーは、
単電池の幅広面に沿って延びた平板部と、
前記平板部の両端に設けられ、当該幅広面からはみ出た部分と
をそれぞれ備え、
前記中間ホルダーと前記エンドホルダーの前記幅広面からはみ出た部分は、前記中間ホルダーと前記エンドホルダーの前記平板部が対向する電池ケースの辺部の長さ方向に沿って連続して、前記電池ケースの辺部を覆っており、
前記中間ホルダーの前記はみ出た部分は、前記隣り合う単電池の対向する前記幅広面の両側の辺部がそれぞれ収まる凹部を有し、
前記エンドホルダーの前記はみ出た部分は、当該エンドホルダーの平板部が対向する単電池の幅広面の両側の辺部が収まる凹部を有しており、
前記中間ホルダーと前記エンドホルダーのうち前記単電池を間に挟んで隣り合う前記はみ出た部分の間に間隙がある、組電池。 - 前記中間ホルダーの平板部は、前記幅広面の周縁部を除く中間部に対向する部分が盛り上がっている、請求項1に記載された組電池。
- 前記中間ホルダーの平板部は、前記幅広面の周縁部を除く中間部に対向する部分が両側に向けて盛り上がっている、請求項1または2に記載された組電池。
- 前記エンドホルダーの平板部は、前記端に配置された単電池の対向する幅広面の周縁部を除く中間部に対向する部分が盛り上がっている、請求項1から3までの何れか一項に記載された組電池。
- 前記エンドホルダーは、前記端に配置された単電池の対向する側とは反対側が平坦な面である、請求項1から4までの何れか一項に記載された組電池。
- 前記電極体は、
前記電池ケースの前記一対の幅広面に対向する一対の平坦面を有し、
前記電池ケースの前記一対の幅狭面のうち第1の幅狭面に向けて延び、かつ、前記一対の幅広面が対向する方向における中央部に向けて集約された第1集電部と、
前記電池ケースの前記一対の幅狭面のうち第2の幅狭面に向けて延び、かつ、前記一対の幅広面が対向する方向における中央部に向けて集約された第2集電部と
を備えた
請求項1から5までの何れか一項に記載された、組電池。 - 前記電池ケースの前記幅狭面は、前記幅広面よりも厚い、請求項1から6までの何れか一項に記載された組電池。
- 前記幅広面の高さ方向に沿った縁部は、当該幅狭面に向けて徐々に厚くなっている、請求項1から7までの何れか一項に記載された組電池。
