Description
筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内噴射弁を有するエンジンと、
燃料タンク内の燃料を低圧供給管に供給する燃料ポンプ、カムの回転に伴って駆動されるプランジャにより前記低圧供給管の燃料を加圧して前記筒内噴射弁に接続された高圧供給管に供給する高圧ポンプを有する燃料供給装置と、
を備えるエンジン装置における前記低圧供給管内の燃料の圧力である低圧燃圧の脈動成分に関する脈動変数を推定する燃圧推定システムであって、
記憶装置および実行装置を備え、
前記記憶装置は、前記カムの現在および過去の位相に関するカム位相変数を含む第1入力変数を入力とすると共に前記脈動成分に関する脈動変数を出力とする第1写像を記憶し、
前記実行装置は、前記第1入力変数を取得する取得部と、前記取得部により取得された前記第1入力変数を前記第1写像に適用して前記脈動変数を推定する推定部とを有する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (6)
- 筒内に燃料を噴射する筒内噴射弁を有するエンジンと、
燃料タンク内の燃料を低圧供給管に供給する燃料ポンプ、カムの回転に伴って駆動されるプランジャにより前記低圧供給管の燃料を加圧して前記筒内噴射弁に接続された高圧供給管に供給する高圧ポンプを有する燃料供給装置と、
を備えるエンジン装置における前記低圧供給管内の燃料の圧力である低圧燃圧の脈動成分に関する脈動変数を推定する燃圧推定システムであって、
記憶装置および実行装置を備え、
前記記憶装置は、前記カムの現在および過去の位相に関するカム位相変数を含む第1入力変数を入力とすると共に前記脈動成分に関する脈動変数を出力とする第1写像を記憶し、
前記実行装置は、前記第1入力変数を取得する取得部と、前記取得部により取得された前記第1入力変数を前記第1写像に適用して前記脈動変数を推定する推定部とを有し、
前記記憶装置は、前記燃料ポンプの状態に関するポンプ変数、前記エンジンの燃料の消費流量に関する消費流量変数、燃料の性状に関する性状変数を含む第2入力変数を入力とすると共に前記低圧燃圧のベース値に関するベース値変数を出力とする第2写像を更に記憶し、
前記取得部は、前記第2入力変数を取得し、
前記推定部は、前記取得部により取得された前記第2入力変数を前記第2写像に適用して前記ベース値変数を推定し、
前記燃料供給装置は、前記低圧供給管に設けられたリリーフバルブを更に有し、
前記第2入力変数は、前記燃料タンク内の燃料量に関する燃料量変数、前記燃料タンク内の圧力であるタンク内圧に関する内圧変数、前記リリーフバルブが開弁するように前記燃料ポンプが駆動されるリリーフ圧制御が実行されたときの前記ポンプ変数および前記性状変数であるリリーフ圧関連変数、前記燃料ポンプの特性に関する特性変数、前記低圧供給管内の燃料の圧損に関する圧損変数のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
燃圧推定システム。 - 請求項1記載の燃圧推定システムであって、
前記第1入力変数は、前記エンジンの現在および過去の回転数に関するエンジン回転数変数、前記エンジンの現在および過去の負荷率に関する負荷率変数、前記高圧ポンプの現在および過去の吐出流量に関する高圧吐出流量変数、前記高圧供給管内の現在および過去の燃圧に関する高圧燃圧変数のうちの少なくとも一部を更に含む、
燃圧推定システム。 - 請求項1または2記載の燃圧推定システムであって、
前記記憶装置は、少なくとも前記ベース値変数と前記脈動変数とを入力とすると共に前記低圧燃圧の前記ベース値と前記脈動成分とを含む前記低圧燃圧の挙動に関する低圧燃圧変数を出力とする第3写像を記憶し、
前記推定部は、少なくとも前記ベース値変数と前記脈動変数とを前記第3写像に適用して前記低圧燃圧変数を推定する、
燃圧推定システム。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の燃圧推定システムであって、
前記実行装置は、車両に搭載される第1実行装置と、前記車両の外部に配置される第2実行装置とを有し、
前記第1実行装置は、前記取得部と、前記取得部により取得された取得データを前記第2実行装置に送信する車両側送信部と、前記第2実行装置から推定データを受信する車両側受信部とを有し、
前記第2実行装置は、前記取得データを受信する外部側受信部と、前記推定部と、前記推定部により推定された前記推定データを前記第1実行装置に送信する外部側送信部とを有する、
燃圧推定システム。 - 請求項4記載の燃圧推定システムに用いられるデータ解析装置であって、
前記第2実行装置および前記記憶装置を備える、
データ解析装置。 - 請求項4記載の燃圧推定システムに用いられる燃料供給装置の制御装置であって、
前記第1実行装置を備える、
