Claims (4)
- 冷却手段によって内部が冷却される低温容器と、
前記低温容器の内部に収容される超伝導素子と、
前記超伝導素子から前記低温容器の外部まで延び、前記低温容器の外部からの電流を前記超伝導素子に供給する電流リードと、
前記低温容器の内部を区画する容器壁から外部に引き出された前記電流リードのうち前記容器壁の近傍の部位である引出部位の周囲の湿度を低下させる湿度低下部と、を備え、
前記湿度低下部は、
前記引出部位を包囲するカバーと、
前記カバーの内部空間を除湿する除湿部と、を有し、
前記除湿部は、
前記カバーの前記内部空間に設置された空調装置又は除湿剤である、超伝導装置。 - 前記カバーは前記容器壁上に構築されている、請求項1に記載の超伝導装置。
- 前記カバーは前記低温容器の全体を包囲している、請求項1に記載の超伝導装置。
- 前記カバーは、前記超伝導装置が設置される建屋の壁とは別に設けられるものである、請求項3に記載の超伝導装置。
