Claims (12)
- 複数の超音波振動子が配列された超音波振動子アレイを有する先端部を含む挿入部と、
前記挿入部に挿通されるケーブルと、
前記複数の超音波振動子と前記ケーブルとを電気的に接続する基板であって、前記先端部に配置される基板と、
を備える超音波内視鏡であって、
前記ケーブルは、
複数の信号線及び複数のグランド線からなる第1のケーブル束と、前記第1のケーブル束を被覆する第1のシールド層と、を含む非同軸ケーブルと、
複数の前記非同軸ケーブルからなる第2のケーブル束を被覆する外皮と、
を有し、
前記基板は、前記複数の超音波振動子にそれぞれ接続された複数の電極パッドを備え、
前記ケーブルから各前記第1のケーブル束が個々に引き出され、さらに第1のケーブル束の各前記信号線が引き出されて前記基板の電極パッドに電気的に接合され、
かつ、前記基板と各前記第1のケーブル束との相対位置を固定する固定部を備え、
各前記第1のケーブル束に含まれる前記複数の信号線に対応する前記基板の前記電極パッドと、前記固定部により固定された前記第1のケーブル束の先端との距離が、前記第1のケーブル束ごとに2種類以上存在し、
前記第1のケーブル束に含まれる各前記信号線は、単位長さ当たりの電気容量が少なくとも等しくないものであり、
前記第1のケーブル束の各前記信号線のうち、前記単位長さ当たりの電気容量が小さい信号線ほど、前記電極パッドと前記固定部により固定される前記第1のケーブル束の先端との距離が長くなる、超音波内視鏡。 - 前記ケーブルは、前記外皮と前記第2のケーブル束との間に、前記第2のケーブル束を被覆する第2のシールド層を備える、請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記ケーブルは、前記第2のケーブル束と前記第2のシールド層との間に、前記第2のケーブル束を被覆する樹脂層を備える、請求項2に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記ケーブルは、前記外皮と前記第2のケーブル束との間に、前記第2のケーブル束を被覆する樹脂層を備える、請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記樹脂層は、フッ素系の樹脂材料で構成される、請求項3又は4に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記固定部は、接着剤、半田、及びクランプ部材のいずれか又はその組み合わせである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記固定部は、前記第1のケーブル束の一部を前記基板に重ね合わせた状態で、前記基板と各前記第1のケーブル束とを固定する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記固定部は、前記第1のケーブル束の一部を前記基板に重ね合わせない状態で前記基板と各前記第1のケーブル束とを固定する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記基板はリジッド基板及びフレキシブル基板のいずれかである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記基板はグランド電極パッドを有し、各前記第1のケーブル束に含まれる、少なくとも1本の前記グランド線が、前記グランド電極パッドに電気的に接合される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 各前記第1のケーブル束に含まれ、前記グランド電極パッドに接合されない前記グランド線同士が、前記グランド電極パッドと前記固定部により固定された前記第1のケーブル束の先端との間で、接続される、請求項10に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記基板が、前記第1のケーブル束を保持する溝を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の超音波内視鏡。
