Claims (10)
- 燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)であって、
通路(34)を形成する流れハウジング(32)と、
前記通路(34)内に配置された通流制限要素(36)と、
前記通流制限要素(36)に該通流制限要素(36)の開放方向で力を加えるばね(38)であって、前記力は、流れ圧により生じる、前記通流制限要素(36)に閉鎖方向で作用する力とは逆向きである、ばね(38)と、
を備え、
前記通流制限要素(36)は、該通流制限要素(36)に作用する前記ばね(38)の力が、前記流れ圧による力よりも大きい第1の終端位置において、前記流れ圧によって前記通流制限要素(36)に作用する力が、前記ばね(38)の力よりも大きい第2の終端位置よりも大きな通流横断面を開放している、
通流制限装置(20)において、
前記通流横断面は、両終端位置において、前記通流制限要素(36)と、該通流制限要素の周囲に位置している流れハウジング(32)との間に配置されている環状の間隙(80)によって形成されており、前記通流制限要素(36)と、前記周囲に位置している流れハウジング(32)との間の通流横断面が、軸線方向で最も狭い通流横断面にまで連続的に減少しており、該最も狭い通流横断面以降、連続的に増加している
ことを特徴とする、通流制限装置(20)。 - 前記通流制限要素(36)の流入側縁部(64)から流出側縁部(78)への前記通流制限要素(36)の長さに関してプロットされた前記通流横断面の関数が微分可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記流れハウジング(32)は、ベンチュリノズル(60)の形状を有しており、前記通流制限要素(36)は、前記ベンチュリノズル(60)の最も狭い横断面を越えて、続くディフューザ(62)内に進入していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記通流制限要素(36)の半径方向の外壁(70)が、連続的に集束するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記通流制限要素(36)の、流体が周流する外壁(70)は、前記流入側縁部(64)から前記流出側縁部(78)に向かって、凸面状の第1の区分(72)と、該第1の区分に続く凹面状の第2の区分(74)と、該第2の区分に続く凸面状の第3の区分(76)と、を備える流れ体(68)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記流れ体(68)は回転対称であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記通流制限要素(36)の前記流れ体(68)の前記凹面状の第2の区分(74)は、両終端位置において、前記流れハウジング(32)の前記ベンチュリノズル(60)の前記最も狭い横断面の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記通流制限要素(36)は、前記流入側縁部(64)から前記通流制限要素(36)の半径方向内部へと延在している回転対称の湾入部(66)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記通流制限要素(36)に少なくとも3つのウェブ(46)が形成されており、該ウェブ(46)は、前記流れハウジング(32)の内壁(40)に設けられた全周にわたって延在する半径方向間隙(44)を通って半径方向外向きに突出しており、前記ウェブ(46)に前記ばね(38)の力が作用することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
- 前記ばね(38)は、前記流れハウジング(32)の前記内壁(40)と前記流れハウジング(32)の外壁(42)との間に、予荷重が加えられた状態で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の燃料遮断弁(18)用の通流制限装置(20)。
