Claims (2)
- ロボット及び前記ロボットの駆動を制御するロボット側制御部を有するロボット側システムと、
前記ロボットに取り付けられた溶接ガン、及び溶接機側制御部を有する溶接機側システムと、を備え、
前記ロボット側システムに、
スポット溶接を施す部材の溶接部の適正な厚さ情報を予め記憶する記憶部と、
スポット溶接を施す部材の溶接部の厚さを計測する溶接部厚さ計測部と、
溶接開始指令時と溶接完了指令時の溶接部の厚さを比較するとともに、前記記憶部に記憶された適正な溶接部の厚さ情報と比較して、良否を判定する比較判定部と、
を備える、スポット溶接システム。 - 前記ロボット側システムと前記溶接機側システムの間にPLCが介設されている、
請求項1に記載のスポット溶接システム。
