Description
The present invention relates to a shield tunnel surveying system and a shield tunnel surveying method.
A method is known in which the spatial cross-sectional shape of a tunnel is measured by irradiating a laser beam a plurality of times while changing the horizontal angle of a laser rangefinder (Patent Document 1).
The method of measuring the spatial cross-sectional shape of the tunnel described above cannot calculate the spatial coordinates of the segment (the position and orientation of the tunnel). If we were to calculate the spatial coordinates of the segment using the laser rangefinder employed in this method, we would simply need multiple reference points to survey the spatial coordinates of the laser rangefinder. Instead, multiple segment targets that can be measured by a laser rangefinder must be newly set in multiple segments. Therefore, it was not easy to measure the spatial coordinates of the segment (position and attitude of the tunnel) using a laser rangefinder.

[Surveying method for shield tunnel]
Next, referring to FIG. 7, a method of surveying the shield tunnel 5 using the surveying system 1 will be described. FIG. 7 is a flow chart showing a method for surveying the shield tunnel 5. As shown in FIG.
Construction of the shield tunnel 5 is often carried out throughout the day regardless of whether it is day or night. In this case, surveying of the shield tunnel 5 is often carried out when workers change. That is, the shield tunnel 5 is surveyed twice a day (every half day). In addition, since about 10
The method of surveying the shield tunnel 5 can be carried out by one worker. First, as a preparation, the worker fixes the
Next, the worker remotely operates the

By the way, inside the
The space acquired as a result of checking the spatial position information stored in the
Each time the
The moving step S4 is preferably performed one or more times. That is, the
As a result of checking the spatial position information stored in the
The control device 14 (arithmetic processing unit 20) calculates the position and attitude of the shield tunnel 5 based on the spatial coordinates of the
Further, in the calculation step S5, the
In addition, in the calculation step S5, the gap (gap) between the
