Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載される車載システムであって、
供給電源と、補機バッテリと、前記供給電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせる充電装置と、前記補機バッテリから供給される電力によって作動する複数個の電子制御装置と、を備え、
前記複数個の電子制御装置の1つに、ソフトウェアが書換可能とされ且つ前記充電装置を制御して前記供給電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を制御する第1電子制御装置を含み、
前記第1電子制御装置のソフトウェアが書き換えられるときには、前記第1電子制御装置とは異なる1以上の電子制御装置によって前記供給電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を制御するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車載システム。 - 前記充電装置は、前記供給電源と前記補機バッテリとの間に並列に設けられた、第1充電装置および第2充電装置を備え、
前記第1電子制御装置が、前記第1充電装置を制御して前記供給電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせるように構成され、
前記第1電子制御装置とは異なる1以上の電子制御装置が、前記第2充電装置を制御して前記供給電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車載システム。 - 前記第2充電装置は、さらに外部電源に接続可能に構成され、
前記第1電子制御装置のソフトウェアが書き換えられるとき、前記第2充電装置が前記外部電源に接続されている場合には、前記第1電子制御装置とは異なる1以上の電子制御装置が、前記第2充電装置を制御して前記外部電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車載システム。 - 前記電子制御装置のソフトウェアが書き換えられるとき、前記供給電源の充電量が予め設定されている閾値未満の場合には、前記電子制御装置のソフトウェアが書き換えられないように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車載システム。 - 前記供給電源は、第1電源および第2電源から構成され、
前記充電装置は、前記第1電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせる第1充電装置と、前記第2電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせる第2充電装置と、を備え、
前記第1電子制御装置が、前記第1充電装置を制御して前記第1電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせるように構成され、
前記第1電子制御装置とは異なる1以上の電子制御装置が、前記第2充電装置を制御して前記第2電源から前記補機バッテリへの充電を行わせるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車載システム。 - 前記第1電子制御装置のソフトウェアが書き換えられるとき、前記第2電源の充電量が予め設定されている閾値未満の場合には、前記第1電子制御装置のソフトウェアが書き換えられないように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5の車載システム。 - 前記第2電源は、ソーラバッテリである
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6の車載システム。
