Claims (7)
- p-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システムであって、反応器と、循環熱交換装置と、マイクロ界面ユニットとを含み、
前記反応器は、ハウジング及び前記ハウジングの内部に同心円状に設置される内筒を含み、前記内筒の底端は閉じて前記ハウジングの内底面に接続され、頂端は前記反応器の最上部に延伸し、前記ハウジングの内部と前記内筒の外部との間の領域は第1反応領域であり、前記内筒の内部には上から下へ順に第2反応領域及び第3反応領域があり、
前記循環熱交換装置は、前記反応器の外部に設置され、且つそれぞれ前記ハウジング及び前記内筒に接続され、前記反応器内部の前記第1反応領域、第2反応領域及び第3反応領域の、p-キシレンでp-トルイル酸を生成する反応中の反応温度を調節するために使用され、
前記マイクロ界面ユニットは、前記反応器と前記循環熱交換装置との間に接続され、且つ前記反応器の外部供給パイプラインに接続され、反応材料が前記反応器内部の各反応領域に入る前に、前記反応器の外部において気相材料の空気を直径が1μm以上1mm未満のマイクロ気泡に破砕し、且つ液相材料と混合してエマルジョンを形成するために使用され、
前記循環熱交換装置は、第1循環熱交換管路及び第2循環熱交換管路を含み、
前記第1循環熱交換管路の入口端は前記ハウジング側壁の上端に接続され、出口端は前記マイクロ界面ユニットを介して前記ハウジング側壁の底端の材料入口に接続され、前記第1反応領域の反応温度を調節するために使用され、
前記第2循環熱交換管路の入口端は前記内筒側壁の上端に接続され、出口端は前記マイクロ界面ユニットを介して前記内筒側壁の底端の材料入口に接続され、前記内筒の内部の前記第2反応領域及び前記第3反応領域の反応中の反応温度を調節するために使用され、
前記マイクロ界面ユニットは、第1マイクロ界面発生器及び第2マイクロ界面発生器を含み、
前記第1マイクロ界面発生器は、前記第1循環熱交換管路と前記ハウジングの側壁との間に設置され、且つそれぞれ前記外部供給パイプライン中の液相材料供給パイプライン及び気相供給パイプラインに接続され、気相材料の空気が前記第1反応領域に入る前に、空気を前記マイクロ気泡に破砕し、且つ液相材料とエマルジョンを形成するために使用され、
前記第2マイクロ界面発生器は、前記第2循環熱交換管路と前記内筒の側壁との間に設置され、且つ前記気相供給パイプラインに接続され、気相材料の空気が前記第2反応領域に入る前に、空気を前記マイクロ気泡に破砕し、且つ液相材料とエマルジョンを形成するために使用され、
前記第1反応領域はp-キシレンをp-トルアルデヒドに変換し、p-トルアルデヒドをp-トルイル酸に変換する反応領域であり、前記第2反応領域は前記p-トルイル酸をp-カルボキシベンズアルデヒドに変換する反応領域であり、前記第3反応領域は前記p-カルボキシベンズアルデヒドをテレフタル酸に変換する反応領域である、ことを特徴とするp-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システム。 - 前記反応器の底部に気相入口及び材料吐出口が設置され、
前記気相入口は、前記外部気相供給パイプラインに接続され、前記第3反応領域に反応に必要な気相材料の空気を供給するために使用され、
前記材料吐出口は、前記第3反応領域中の反応生成物のテレフタル酸を含有する混合材料を取り出すために使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のp-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システム。 - 前記内筒の高さは前記ハウジングの高さの4/5である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のp-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システム。
- 前記第1反応領域の体積は前記反応器内の総反応体積の45%を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のp-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システム。
- 前記第2反応領域の体積は前記反応器内の総反応体積の53.5%を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のp-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システム。
- 前記第3反応領域の体積は前記反応器内の総反応体積の1.5%を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のp-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システム。
- 前記第1マイクロ界面発生器と前記第2マイクロ界面発生器の両方は空気圧マイクロ界面発生器である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のp-キシレンからのp-トルイル酸生成用のマイクロ界面ユニット外付け型強化酸化システム。
