Claims (5)
- 内方部材(1)と、前記内方部材(1)の外方に配置された内周部(7)を有する外方部材(2,51)と、前記内方部材(1)と前記外方部材(2,51)間で回転トルクの伝達と遮断を行うクラッチ機構(3)と、前記クラッチ機構(3)を収容するハウジング(4,53)とを備え、
前記クラッチ機構(3)が、前記外方部材(2,51)の前記内周部(7)と前記内方部材(1)との間に配置された係合子(21)と、前記係合子(21)を保持する保持器(22)と、当該クラッチ機構(3)を制御する電磁アクチュエータ(24)とを有し、
前記係合子(21)が、前記保持器(22)の相対回転によって前記外方部材(2,51)の前記内周部(7)及び前記内方部材(1)に係合する係合位置と、当該係合を解除する中立位置との間を移動可能に配置されており、
前記電磁アクチュエータ(24)が、前記保持器(22)に対して回り止めされたアーマチュア(33)と、前記アーマチュア(33)と対向する電磁石(34)とを有し、
前記電磁石(34)が、前記ハウジング(4,53)に対して回り止めされており、
前記アーマチュア(33)が、前記電磁石(34)に対する通電によって当該電磁石(34)に直接に磁気吸引される可動部材からなり、
前記外方部材(2,51)が、前記ハウジング(4,53)によって直接に径方向に支持されており、
前記外方部材(2,51)と前記ハウジング(4,53)が、互いの相対回転を制限するように互いに係合可能な対の係合部(12,13、52,54)を有し、
前記ハウジング(4,53)と前記外方部材(2,51)との間を密封するOリング(11)をさらに備える回転制動装置。 - 前記対の係合部(12,13、52,54)が、前記外方部材(2,51)と前記ハウジング(4,53)の一方に形成された係合凸部(12、52)と、当該一方と反対の他方に形成された係合凹部(13、54)とからなる請求項1に記載の回転制動装置。
- 前記対の係合部(12,13、52,54)が、前記係合子(21)と径方向に並ぶ位置に配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の回転制動装置。
- 前記電磁石(34)が、前記ハウジング(4,53)に支持されたフィールドコア(38)を有し、
前記フィールドコア(38)と前記ハウジング(4,53)が、互いに相対回転不可な状態に嵌合された対の回り止め部(42,43)を有し、前記対の回り止め部(42,43)が、前記フィールドコア(38)と前記ハウジング(4,53)の一方に形成された嵌合凸部(42)と、当該一方と反対の他方に形成された嵌合凹部(43)とからなり、
前記ハウジング(4)が、非磁性材によって形成されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の回転制動装置。 - 前記ハウジング(4,53)に取り付けられ、前記外方部材(2,51)に軸方向に当接する止め輪(14)をさらに備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の回転制動装置。
