Claims (12)
- 平面基材層と、
前記平面基材層の表面に接着した、二次元的に隣接したポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層と、
を含む密封用の層状複合体であって、
前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層が、200g/m2未満のポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含有し、
前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層を介して前記平面基材層につなぎ合わ(connect)されているマイクロ粒子コーティングが存在し、前記マイクロ粒子コーティングが、前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層の前記平面基材層とは反対側の表面を、少なくとも部分的に覆っていることを特徴とする、密封用の層状複合体。 - 前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層の平均厚さが、10~50μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の層状複合体。
- 前記マイクロ粒子コーティングが、1~50μmの範囲の平均粒子サイズを有する粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の層状複合体。
- 前記マイクロ粒子コーティングが、マイクロ粒子固体潤滑剤コーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の層状複合体。
- 前記平面基材層が、グラファイト箔層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の層状複合体。
- 請求項1に記載の層状複合体を含むことを特徴とするシール。
- 請求項1に記載の層状複合体を製造するための方法であって、
a)平面基材層の表面を、マイクロポーラスポリテトラフルオロエチレン層と接触させる工程、
b)前記マイクロポーラスポリテトラフルオロエチレン層を前記平面基材層に接着させるように強く前記マイクロポーラスポリテトラフルオロエチレン層を前記平面基材層の表面に押し付け、かつ/あるいは、前記マイクロポーラスポリテトラフルオロエチレン層が前記平面基材層に接着する程度に温度を上昇させて、前記平面基材層に接着したポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層を得る工程、及び
c)マイクロ粒子コーティングを、前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層の前記平面基材層とは反対側の表面に適用する工程であって、前記マイクロ粒子コーティングを、前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層を介して前記平面基材層につなぎ合わ(connect)せる、工程
を特徴とする、方法。 - 工程b)において、前記マイクロポーラスポリテトラフルオロエチレン層を0.2~10N/mm2の範囲の圧力で押し付け、かつ/あるいは、前記温度を320~440℃の範囲に上昇させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- マイクロ粒子と、前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンカバー層との間の結合が、330~400℃で焼結することによって生じることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 200g/m2未満のポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含有するマイクロポーラスポリテトラフルオロエチレン層及びマイクロ粒子コーティングの、平面基材層のガス透過性を低減させるための使用であって、
