Description
Claims (5)
- 天面、底面、ならびに前記天面と前記底面との間に位置する短側面および長側面を含む角形形状を有する外装缶と、
前記外装缶の少なくとも前記短側面および前記長側面を被覆する絶縁フィルムとを備え、
前記絶縁フィルムは前記外装缶の前記短側面上に継目を有し、前記継目はヒートシールされ、
前記継目は、ヒートシールされた第1部分と、ヒートシールされていないが前記第1部分と同等の絶縁保護を確保可能な第2部分とを含み、
前記第1部分は、前記外装缶の前記天面または前記底面から離間した位置にある、蓄電セル。 - 前記継目は前記底面から前記天面に向かう方向に沿って延びるように形成される、請求項1に記載の蓄電セル。
- 前記ヒートシールは前記底面から前記天面に向かう方向に沿って延びるように複数条形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電セル。
- 前記絶縁フィルムは、前記外装缶の前記天面上にまで延びる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電セル。
- 天面、底面、および前記天面と前記底面との間に位置する側面を有する外装缶の少なくとも前記側面上に絶縁フィルムを設ける工程と、
前記側面上の前記絶縁フィルムの継目をヒートシールする工程とを備え、
前記ヒートシールする工程は、前記外装缶の前記底面から前記天面に向かう方向の前記側面の第1領域にヒートシールを施しながら、前記外装缶の前記天面近傍または前記底面近傍に位置する前記側面の第2領域から熱を逃がすことを含む、蓄電セルの製造方法。
