Description
図1を参照すると、本発明に係る二次電池用の負極(100)は、互いに平行に並列配置された第1集電体(110)及び第2集電体(120)と、上記第1集電体(110)の一面に形成された第1合剤層(111)と、上記第2集電体(120)の一面に形成された第2合剤層(121)とを含む。上記第1合剤層(111)は第1集電体(110)の第2集電体(120)に向かう面の反対面に形成され、上記第2合剤層(121)は第2集電体(120)の第1集電体(110)に向かう面に形成された構造である。この場合は、第1合剤層(111)および第2合剤層(121)がそれぞれ第1集電体(110)および第2集電体(120)に形成された同じ方向の面に形成された構造である。例えば、上記第1集電体(110)の第1合剤層(111)が形成された方向に分離膜及び正極が順次に位置する構造の電極組立体が形成される。また、第1集電体(110)および第2集電体(120)の一側端部は、電気的に連結されるように締結された集電体合支部(130)が形成された構造である。
図2を参照すると、本発明に係る二次電池用の負極(200)は、互いに平行に並列配置された第1集電体(210)及び第2集電体(220)と、上記第1集電体(210)の一面に形成された第1合剤層(211)と、上記第2集電体(220)の一面に形成された第2合剤層(221)とを含んでいる。上記第1合剤層(211)及び第2合剤層(221)は、それぞれ第1集電体(210)および第2集電体(220)の互いに対向する面に形成された構造である。この場合は、第1合剤層(211)および第2合剤層(221)が互いに向かい合う形で形成された構造である。例えば、上記第1集電体(210)を基準として、第1合剤層(211)が形成された面の反対側の方向に分離膜及び正極が順次に位置する構造の電極組立体が形成される。また、第1集電体(210)および第2集電体(220)の一側端部は、電気的に連結されるように締結された集電体合支部(230)が形成された構造である。
図3を参照すると、本発明に係る二次電池用の負極(300)は、互いに平行に並列配置された第1集電体(310)及び第2集電体(320)と、上記第1集電体(310)の両面に形成された第1合剤層(311、312)と、上記第2集電体(320)の一面に形成された第2合剤層(321)とを含んでいる。上記第2合剤層(321)は、第2集電体(320)の第1集電体(310)に向かう面に形成された構造である。この場合は、第1集電体(310)は、両面に第1合剤層(311、312)が形成された構造であり、第2集電体(320)には、第1集電体(310)方向に第2合剤層(321)が形成された構造ある。また、第1集電体(310)および第2集電体(320)の一側端部は、電気的に連結されるように締結された集電体合支部(330)が形成された構造である。
図7は、本発明による負極を用いた二次電池の構造を模式的に図示した断面図である。図7を参照すると、本発明の一実施形態に係る二次電池は、正極(20)、負極(100)および正極(20)と負極(100)との間に介在された分離膜(10)を含んでいる。上記負極(100)の構造は、前述した第1実施形態と同様である。

Claims (12)
- 互いに平行に並列配置された第1~第n集電体(nは2~5の間の整数である)と、
各集電体の一面または両面に形成された合剤層とを含み、
前記集電体のうち一つ以上に形成された合剤層は、シリコン成分を含有する活物質を含み、炭素成分を含有する活物質を含まず、
前記集電体のうち別の一つ以上に形成された合剤層は、炭素成分を含有する活物質を含み、シリコン成分を含有する活物質を含まず、
前記第1~第n集電体の一側以上の端部は、電気的に連結されるように締結されていて、
第k集電体(kは1~n-1の間の整数)と前記第k集電体の一面または両面に形成された第k合剤層を含む第k負極、及び、第k+1集電体と前記第k+1集電体の一面または両面に形成された第k+1合剤層を含む第k+1負極は、集電体に合剤層が形成された保持部の領域においては、互いに接触されない、二次電池用の負極。 - 前記シリコン成分を含有する活物質は、シリコン(Si)、シリコン酸化物(SiOx、0<x≦2)及びシリコン‐金属(M)合金(ここで、金属(M)は、Sn、Li、Zn、Mg、Cd、Ce、Ni、Fe、Cr、およびTiのうち1種以上を含む)からなる群から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用の負極。
- 第j集電体(jは1~nの間の整数である)は、複数の厚さ方向貫通ホールが形成された金属プレートの形である、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池用の負極。
- 前記シリコン成分を含有する活物質を含む合剤層は、
シリコン成分を含有する活物質の含有量が、前記シリコン成分を含有する活物質を含む合剤層100重量%を基準として、50~100重量%の範囲にある、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用の負極。 - 前記炭素成分を含有する活物質を含む合剤層は、
炭素成分を含有する活物質の含有量が、前記炭素成分を含有する活物質を含む合剤層100重量%を基準として、90~98重量%の範囲にある、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用の負極。 - 前記二次電池用の負極は、
互いに平行に並列配置された第1集電体及び第2集電体と、
前記第1集電体の一面または両面に形成されかつシリコン成分を含有する活物質を含む第1合剤層と、
前記第2集電体の一面または両面に形成されかつ炭素成分を含有する活物質を含む第2合剤層とを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用の負極。 - 前記第1集電体は複数の厚さ方向貫通ホールが形成された金属プレートの形である、請求項6に記載の二次電池用の負極。
- 前記二次電池用の負極は、
互いに平行に並列配置された第1集電体及び第2集電体と、
前記第1集電体の一面に形成された第1合剤層と、
前記第2集電体の一面に形成された第2合剤層とを含み、
前記第1合剤層は、前記第1集電体の前記第2集電体に向かう面の反対面に形成され、
前記第2合剤層は、前記第2集電体の前記第1集電体に向かう面に形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用の負極。 - 前記二次電池用の負極は、
互いに平行に並列配置された第1集電体及び第2集電体と、
前記第1集電体の一面に形成された第1合剤層と、
前記第2集電体の一面に形成された第2合剤層とを含み、
前記第1合剤層及び前記第2合剤層は、それぞれ前記第1集電体および前記第2集電体の互いに対向する面に形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用の負極。 - 前記二次電池用の負極は、
互いに平行に並列配置された第1集電体及び第2集電体と、
前記第1集電体の両面に形成された第1合剤層と、
前記第2集電体の一面に形成された第2合剤層とを含み、
前記第2合剤層は、前記第2集電体の前記第1集電体に向かう面に形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用の負極。 - 正極、負極、および前記正極と前記負極との間に介在された分離膜を含み、
前記負極は、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の負極である、二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、パウチ型のリチウム二次電池である、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
