- 太陽電池アレイであって、
複数の太陽電池セルとフレキシブル金属導電性ストリップを含み、太陽電池セルの上面及び太陽電池セルの下面にそれぞれセグメント電極が配置され、前記フレキシブル金属導電性ストリップは隣接する2つの前記太陽電池セルのうち第1の太陽電池セルの下面の前記セグメント電極及び第2の太陽電池セルの上面の前記セグメント電極に接続され、前記太陽電池アレイは前記太陽電池セルの上面の法線方向に積層構造を有し、
前記フレキシブル金属導電性ストリップと前記セグメント電極との接続領域は全て前記積層構造における積層領域以外の領域に位置し、
前記積層構造は、隣接する2つの前記太陽電池セルの第1の辺に沿って積層され、前記第1の辺は矩形の前記太陽電池セルの長辺であり、
前記フレキシブル金属導電性ストリップの長さは前記太陽電池セルの短辺の長さの半分未満であり、
前記セグメント電極の長さの値の範囲は、1ミリメートルから15ミリメートルであって、1ミリメートルと15ミリメートルを含む、
ことを特徴とする太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記セグメント電極が前記太陽電池セルの第1の辺に垂直する場合、前記太陽電池セルの上面及び前記太陽電池セルの下面に位置する前記セグメント電極の数はいずれも4から9個であって、4個と9個を含み、前記第1の辺は矩形の前記太陽電池セルの長辺である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記セグメント電極は、前記太陽電池セルの上面及び前記太陽電池セルの下面に均一に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記セグメント電極の幅の値の範囲は、0.5ミリメートルから5ミリメートルであって、0.5ミリメートルと5ミリメートルを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記フレキシブル金属導電性ストリップの厚さは、200マイクロメートル未満である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記積層構造は、隣接する2つの前記太陽電池セルの第1の辺に沿って積層され、前記第1の辺は矩形の前記太陽電池セルの長辺である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記セグメント電極と前記太陽電池セルの第1の辺との間の角度は鋭角である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記積層構造における積層領域の幅は、2ミリメートル未満である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池アレイを含むことを特徴とする太陽光発電モジュール。
