Claims (10)
- 発熱体と熱的に接続可能な背面部を有するベースブロックと、
前記ベースブロックの正面部に固定され、前記ベースブロックの面内方向に沿って配設された受熱筒部を有するヒートパイプと、
を備え、
前記ベースブロックは、長手方向及び幅方向を有し、前記受熱筒部が収容された凹部と、前記凹部の幅方向両側から前記受熱筒部の外周面に沿って突出した一対の壁部と、を有し、
前記ヒートパイプのコンテナが、前記凹部及び前記一対の壁部にかしめ固定され、前記一対の壁部の先端部同士の間にて、前記かしめの方向とは反対方向に突出している突出形状部を有し、
前記突出形状部が、かしめ治具の窪み形状部の形状に対応した形状を有し、
前記突出形状部の前記コンテナの曲率が、前記一対の壁部と対向した前記受熱筒部の外周面における前記コンテナの曲率よりも大きいヒートパイプ構造体。 - 前記一対の壁部が、前記受熱筒部の外周面に沿って突出し且つ前記受熱筒部の長手方向に沿って延在した一対の突条部であり、
前記一対の突条部の各々が、前記受熱筒部の外周面と圧接する圧接面を有する請求項1に記載のヒートパイプ構造体。 - 前記コンテナと接している部位における前記一対の壁部の先端部同士の間隔が、前記コンテナの全周長に対して5%以上40%以下の寸法である請求項1または2に記載のヒートパイプ構造体。
- 前記コンテナの長手方向に対して直交方向における前記突出形状部の周方向の長さが、前記コンテナの全周長に対して5%以上40%以下の長さである請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のヒートパイプ構造体。
- 前記コンテナの長手方向に対して直交方向における前記突出形状部の形状が、曲部を有する形状である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のヒートパイプ構造体。
- 前記コンテナの長手方向に対して直交方向における前記突出形状部の形状が、円弧状である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のヒートパイプ構造体。
- ベースブロックに設けられた突出した一対の壁部を曲げてヒートパイプの受熱筒部にかしめることにより、前記ベースブロックに前記ヒートパイプを固定させるヒートパイプ構造体用かしめ治具であって、
前記一対の壁部に対する当接部位となり且つ前記ヒートパイプの外周面に沿って傾斜した状態で延在する一対のかしめ部と、前記一対のかしめ部の間に設けられ、前記一対の壁部の各先端部に対向した状態で前記各先端部に対する当接部位となり、且つ前記一対のかしめ部に対してかしめ方向に突出した一対の突起部と、前記一対の突起部の間に形成された、かしめ方向とは反対方向に窪んだ窪み形状部と、を有するヒートパイプ構造体用かしめ治具。 - 前記一対の突起部の間隔が、かしめ方向に対して直交方向における前記一対のかしめ部の長さと窪み形状部の長さの合計に対して、20%以上80%以下の寸法である請求項7に記載のヒートパイプ構造体用かしめ治具。
- かしめ方向に対して直交方向における前記窪み形状部の形状が、曲部を有する形状である請求項7または8に記載のヒートパイプ構造体用かしめ治具。
- かしめ方向に対して直交方向における前記窪み形状部の形状が、円弧状である請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のヒートパイプ構造体用かしめ治具。
