実施例1~5及び比較例1及び2に係るポリエステルフィルムは、上記ステップS1~ステップS4によって製造し得る。各ステップの加工条件は、表1に表示される。これらのポリエステルフィルムは、いずれも図3に示すように、A/B/Aの三層構造を有しており、Aはスキン層を表し、Bはベース層を表している。なかでも、各層の厚さ、及び各層に含まれるポリエステル顆粒の固有粘度と機能性添加剤の濃度も、表1に表示される。これらのポリエステルフィルムの代表特性について、試験方法は以下に説明し、結果は表1に表示される。
本発明による有益な効果の1つとしては、本発明の熱圧着用艶消しフィルムは、「ベース層とスキン層とは別々にポリエステル組成物で形成され、なかでも、ポリエステル組成物に所定量のポリエステル樹脂、抗酸化性成分、造核剤、流動促進剤、多価アルコール系ポリエステル改質剤及び無機ポリエステル改質剤が含まれており、かつ、ポリエステル樹脂の固有粘度が0.60dl/g~0.80dl/gである技術手段により、膜の熱圧着加工に対する復元力を向上させ、高温環境下での膜表面へのオリゴマーの析出を防止することができる。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのポリエステル組成物を未延伸ポリエステル厚手シートに形成させる工程を含む熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法であって、
前記ポリエステル組成物は、
0.60dl/g~0.80dl/gの固有粘度を有するポリエステル樹脂81~97.9497重量%と、
抗酸化性成分0.02~2重量%と、
造核剤0.0003~1重量%と、
流動促進剤0.01~2重量%と、
多価アルコール系ポリエステル改質剤0.01~2重量%と、
無機ポリエステル改質剤0.01~2重量%と、を含み、
前記造核剤は、鉱物材料、金属酸化物、ケイ素化合物、有機酸または無機酸の金属塩、芳香族リン酸塩の金属塩、ポリオール誘導体、スルホンアミド化合物、ガラス粉末、金属粉末、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせであり、
前記流動促進剤は、ペンタエリスリチルステアリン酸塩(PETS)またはその類似体であり、
前記無機ポリエステル改質剤は、平均粒径5μm~10μmの無機フィラー粒子であり、
前記抗酸化性成分は、一次酸化防止剤0.01~1重量%と、二次酸化防止剤0.1~1重量%とを含み、
前記熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法では、前記工程の後、未延伸ポリエステル厚手シートに対し、延伸処理縦方向(機械流れ方向)延伸処理及び延伸処理横方向(機械流れ方向に直交する方向)延伸処理行い、前記未延伸ポリエステル厚手シートを二軸延伸のポリエステルフィルムに形成させる、ことを特徴とする、熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記二軸延伸のポリエステルフィルムに対して横方向及び/又は縦方向の予備収縮を行うステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記未延伸ポリエステル厚手シートが形成される前に、120℃~180℃の温度で少なくとも1つの前記ポリエステル組成物に対し結晶化乾燥を行うステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記延伸処理縦方向(機械流れ方向)延伸処理及び前記延伸処理横方向(機械流れ方向に直交する方向)延伸処理は、順序に従い、前記延伸処理縦方向(機械流れ方向)延伸処理は、2倍~6倍の拡張倍率によって70℃~145℃の温度で行い、前記延伸処理横方向(機械流れ方向に直交する方向)延伸処理は、2倍~6倍の拡張倍率によって90℃~160℃の温度で行う、請求項1に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記延伸処理縦方向(機械流れ方向)延伸処理及び前記延伸処理横方向(機械流れ方向に直交する方向)延伸処理は、2倍~6倍の拡張倍率によって、70℃~145℃の温度で同時に行う、請求項1に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ポリエステル組成物はさらに、粒径5μm~10μmの二酸化ケイ素粒子2~10重量%を含む、請求項1に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの製造方法。

前記造核剤は、鉱物材料、金属酸化物、ケイ素化合物、有機酸または無機酸の金属塩、芳香族リン酸塩の金属塩、ポリオール誘導体、スルホンアミド化合物、ガラス粉末、金属粉末、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせであり、
前記流動促進剤は、ペンタエリスリチルステアリン酸塩(PETS)またはその類似体であり、
前記無機ポリエステル改質剤は、平均粒径5μm~10μmの無機フィラー粒子であり、
前記抗酸化性成分は、一次酸化防止剤0.01~1重量%と、二次酸化防止剤0.01~1重量%とを含む、熱圧着用艶消しフィルム。 - 少なくとも1つの前記スキン層を形成した前記ポリエステル組成物はさらに、粒径5μm~10μmの二酸化ケイ素粒子2~10重量%を含む、請求項10に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルム。
- 前記熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの中心線平均粗さRaは、0.1μm~0.4μmであり、十点平均粗さRzは、1μm~8μmである、請求項10に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルム。
- 前記熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの厚さは、15μm~350μmであり、少なくとも1つの前記スキン層の厚さは、前記熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの厚さの2%~30%を占める、請求項10に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記スキン層の厚さは、前記熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの厚さの3%~20%を占める、請求項13に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記スキン層の厚さは、前記熱圧着用艶消しフィルムの厚さの4%~15%を占める、請求項14に記載の熱圧着用艶消しフィルム。
