Description
エンジンの燃料を貯留する燃料タンクと、前記燃料タンク内の燃料蒸発ガスを吸着すると共にドレンポートが大気開放されるキャニスタと、前記キャニスタ及び燃料タンクを連通するエバポ通路と、エンジン吸気系及び前記キャニスタを連通するパージガス通路と、前記パージガス通路を開閉するパージ制御電磁弁と、前記燃料タンク内の圧力を検出する燃料タンク圧力センサとを備え、前記燃料タンク圧力センサの故障を判定する燃料タンク用圧力センサ故障判定装置において、
前記エバポ通路を開閉するタンク接断電磁弁と、前記タンク接断電磁弁の開閉状態を制御する制御手段とを備え、前記制御手段は、前記燃料タンク圧力センサで検出された前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定の正圧状態及び所定の負圧状態の少なくとも一方である場合に前記タンク接断電磁弁を開弁制御して、予め設定された大気圧条件で検出された前記燃料タンク圧力センサの出力値が大気圧相当以外の場合に該燃料タンク圧力センサが故障していると判定する圧力センサ故障判定手段を備えたことを特徴とする。
前記エバポ通路を開閉するタンク接断電磁弁と、燃料給油時に乗員によって操作される給油スイッチと、前記タンク接断電磁弁の開閉状態を制御する制御手段とを備え、前記制御手段は、前記給油スイッチが乗員によって操作された場合に前記タンク接断電磁弁を開弁制御し、該タンク接断電磁弁の開弁時間が予め設定された所定時間経過した場合を大気圧条件として該大気圧条件で検出された前記燃料タンク圧力センサの出力値が大気圧相当以外の場合に該燃料タンク圧力センサが故障していると判定する給油時圧力センサ故障判定手段を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- エンジンの燃料を貯留する燃料タンクと、前記燃料タンク内の燃料蒸発ガスを吸着すると共にドレンポートが大気開放されるキャニスタと、前記キャニスタ及び燃料タンクを連通するエバポ通路と、エンジン吸気系及び前記キャニスタを連通するパージガス通路と、前記パージガス通路を開閉するパージ制御電磁弁と、前記燃料タンク内の圧力を検出する燃料タンク圧力センサとを備え、前記燃料タンク圧力センサの故障を判定する燃料タンク用圧力センサ故障判定装置において、
前記エバポ通路を開閉するタンク接断電磁弁と、
前記タンク接断電磁弁の開閉状態を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記燃料タンク圧力センサで検出された前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定の正圧状態及び所定の負圧状態の少なくとも一方である場合に前記タンク接断電磁弁を開弁制御して、予め設定された大気圧条件で検出された前記燃料タンク圧力センサの出力値が大気圧相当以外の場合に該燃料タンク圧力センサが故障していると判定する圧力センサ故障判定手段を備え、
前記圧力センサ故障判定手段は、前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定の正圧状態である場合に前記パージ制御電磁弁の開弁制御と共に前記タンク接断電磁弁を開弁制御し、該タンク接断電磁弁の開弁状態で前記燃料タンクから前記エバポ通路及びパージガス通路を経て前記エンジン吸気系に供給された燃料蒸発ガスの流量が予め設定されたエバポ流量所定値以上となった場合を前記大気圧条件として前記燃料タンク圧力センサの故障判定を行う正圧時圧力センサ故障判定手段を有しており、
前記正圧時圧力センサ故障判定手段は、前記タンク接断電磁弁の開弁制御が所定時間毎に所定時間ずつ該タンク接断電磁弁を開弁する場合に、前記燃料タンク圧力センサの出力値に応じた開弁回数所定値以上、該タンク接断電磁弁が開弁された場合を前記燃料蒸発ガスの流量が前記エバポ流量所定値以上になった場合とすることを特徴とする燃料タンク用圧力センサ故障判定装置。 - 前記圧力センサ故障判定手段は、
前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定の負圧状態である場合に前記タンク接断電磁弁を開弁制御し、該タンク接断電磁弁の開弁時間が予め設定された所定時間経過した場合を前記大気圧条件として前記燃料タンク圧力センサの故障判定を行う負圧時圧力センサ故障判定手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料タンク用圧力センサ故障判定装置。 - 燃料給油時に乗員によって操作される給油スイッチを備え、
前記圧力センサ故障判定手段は、前記給油スイッチが乗員によって操作された場合に前記タンク接断電磁弁を開弁制御し、該タンク接断電磁弁の開弁時間が予め設定された所定時間経過した場合を大気圧条件として該大気圧条件で検出された前記燃料タンク圧力センサの出力値が大気圧相当以外の場合に該燃料タンク圧力センサが故障していると判定する給油時圧力センサ故障判定手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料タンク用圧力センサ故障判定装置。
