Description
Claims (6)
- 車両のフードの下側空間に搭載される燃料電池システムであって、
燃料電池スタックと、前記燃料電池スタックを制御するコントロールユニットと、を有したFCアセンブリと、
前記燃料電池スタックを完全密閉式の冷却流路を用いて冷却する冷却機構と、
前記冷却流路の途中に設けられ、冷却液を貯留するリザーブタンクであって、ラジエータとの間で前記冷却液を送受し、その上部にダンパとして機能する空気が溜まっているリザーブタンクと、
を備え、前記リザーブタンクは、前記FCアセンブリに対して水平方向に隣接して配置され、
前記リザーブタンクは、前記FCアセンブリに対して車両前方に隣接して配置されており、
前記リザーブタンクの上端高さは、前記FCアセンブリの前端面の上端高さより低い、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 車両のフードの下側空間に搭載される燃料電池システムであって、
燃料電池スタックと、前記燃料電池スタックを制御するコントロールユニットと、を有したFCアセンブリと、
前記燃料電池スタックを完全密閉式の冷却流路を用いて冷却する冷却機構と、
前記冷却流路の途中に設けられ、冷却液を貯留するリザーブタンクと、
を備え、前記リザーブタンクは、前記FCアセンブリに対して水平方向に隣接して配置され、
前記リザーブタンクは、支持ブラケットを介して前記FCアセンブリの周面に固定されている、ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記リザーブタンクは、配管を介して、電動バルブに連結されるバルブ連結部を有しており、
前記支持ブラケットは、前記リザーブタンクのうち、幅方向中心よりも前記バルブ連結部に近い位置に取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2または3に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記支持ブラケットは、前記リザーブタンクの底面と、前記FCアセンブリの周面と、を連結する、ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記支持ブラケットは、前記リザーブタンクの底面に取り付けられるタンク側端部と、前記FCアセンブリの周面に取り付けられるケース側端部と、前記タンク側端部および前記ケース側端部とを接続する中間部と、を有しており、
前記中間部は、前記タンク側端部と前記ケース側端部とをほぼ一直線に結ぶ形状である、
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記支持ブラケットは、マウントゴムを介して前記リザーブタンクに取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
