Description
本発明の一実施態様に係るマーブルカラー成形品は、マーブルカラーを効果的に形成することができ、高い表面硬度を維持可能なマーブルカラー成形品を提供することができる。
ポリカーボネート(PC)およびアクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン(ABS)が混合された熱可塑性樹脂と、顔料微粒子のマイカとを混合した混合物を、内側表面にパターンが形成された金型キャビティに射出成形した成形物であるマーブルカラー成形品を製造し、前記パターンが形成された側の金型キャビティの内側表面の平均粗さ(Ra)は1.12μmである金型に射出成形して製造した。
前記実施例1において、前記パターンが形成された側の金型キャビティの内側表面の平均粗さ(Ra)が3.15μmである金型に射出成形して製造したことを除き、実施例1と同様にマーブルカラー成形品を製造した。
前記実施例1において、前記パターンが形成された側の金型キャビティの内側表面の平均粗さ(Ra)が6.30μmである金型に射出成形して製造したことを除き、実施例1と同様にマーブルカラー成形品を製造した。
ポリカーボネート(PC)およびアクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン(ABS)が混合された熱可塑性樹脂と、顔料微粒子のマイカとを混合した混合物を、金型キャビティの内側表面の平均粗さ(Ra)が100nmである金型に射出成形して成形物を製造した。
前記実施例1において、前記パターンが形成された側の金型キャビティの内側表面の平均粗さ(Ra)が12.6μmである金型に射出成形して製造したことを除き、実施例1と同様にマーブルカラー成形品を製造した。

Claims (6)
- ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された1つを含む熱可塑性樹脂;および顔料微粒子;が含まれた混合物の射出成形物であり、
前記射出成形物の表面に質感を形成するパターンが備えられており、
前記成形物の表面に形成されるパターンの深さは8μm以上100μm以下であり、
前記パターンが形成された成形物表面の平均粗さ(Ra)は1.12μm以上12.5μm以下である、マーブルカラー成形品。 - 前記パターンの深さは10μm以上50μm以下であり、
前記パターンの幅が50μm以上300μm以下であり、
前記パターンによって形成される質感はヘアライン質感である、請求項1に記載のマーブルカラー成形品。 - 前記パターンの深さは8μm以上12μm以下であり、
前記パターンの幅が50μm以上100μm以下であり、
前記パターンによって形成される質感は織り込み質感である、請求項1に記載のマーブルカラー成形品。 - 前記パターンの深さは50μm以上100μm以下であり、
前記パターンによって形成される質感は皮革質感である、請求項1に記載のマーブルカラー成形品。 - ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された1つを含む熱可塑性樹脂;および顔料微粒子;が含まれた混合物の射出成形物であるマーブルカラー成形品のマーブルカラー効果を評価するためのシステムであって、
前記成形物の表面と角を形成して光を入射させる光源部と、
前記成形物の表面から散乱する散乱光を撮像する撮像部と、
前記成形物の表面において前記マーブルカラー効果が実現される領域の境界を導出するために前記撮像部によって撮像されたイメージを加工するイメージ加工部と、
前記イメージ加工部によって加工されたイメージからマーブルカラー効果評価要素を導出する評価要素導出部と、を含むものであり、
前記マーブルカラー効果評価要素は、前記マーブルカラー効果が実現される領域の数量;前記マーブルカラー効果が実現される領域の大きさ;および前記マーブルカラー効果が実現される領域と前記マーブルカラー効果が実現されない領域との間の色明度平均の差;の少なくとも1つである、マーブルカラー効果評価システム。 - 前記評価要素導出部は、前記マーブルカラー効果が実現される領域の色相ごとに前記マーブルカラー効果評価要素を導出するものである、請求項5に記載のマーブルカラー効果評価システム。
