Claims (3)
- 自動運転可能な自動運転車両の減速制御装置であって、
自動運転での走行中に前記自動運転車両を減速させるための第1減速スイッチ及び第2減速スイッチと、
前記第1減速スイッチが操作された場合に所定制動力で前記自動運転車両を制動し、前記第2減速スイッチが操作された場合にも前記所定制動力と同一の制動力で前記自動運転車両を制動するブレーキ装置と、
前記ブレーキ装置の制御を含む、前記自動運転車両の運転制御を行うECUと、
を備え、
前記ブレーキ装置は、前記第1減速スイッチが操作された場合に、前記第1減速スイッチが操作された時点の所定時間後から前記自動運転車両を制動し、前記第2減速スイッチが操作された場合にも、前記第2減速スイッチが操作された時点の前記所定時間と同一の時間後から前記自動運転車両を制動し、
前記ブレーキ装置には、予め、前記所定時間及び前記所定制動力が設定されており、
前記第1減速スイッチが操作された場合は、前記ECUが前記運転制御を停止すると共に、予め設定された前記所定時間及び前記所定制動力に基づいて前記ブレーキ装置が前記自動運転車両を制動し、前記第2減速スイッチが操作された場合は、前記ブレーキ装置が前記ECUからの制動指示に基づいて前記自動運転車両を制動する、
ことを特徴とする自動運転車両の減速制御装置。 - 前記第1減速スイッチは、機械式のスイッチであり、
前記第2減速スイッチは、タッチパネルに表示されたスイッチである、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動運転車両の減速制御装置。 - 前記第1減速スイッチは、前記自動運転車両に設けられた少なくとも1つの制御装置をシャットダウンさせる緊急停止スイッチである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動運転車両の減速制御装置。
