Claims (17)
- a.750~1050nmの波長域において5m-1未満の吸収係数を有し、かつ外部面および内部面を有する少なくとも1つのガラスシートと、
b.赤外線フィルターと
を含む自動車グレイジングであって、750~1050nmの波長域における赤外線ベースのリモートセンシングデバイスが、赤外線フィルター層がないゾーンにおいて前記ガラスシートの前記内部面上に配置される、自動車グレイジング。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートは、1m-1未満の吸収係数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 前記赤外線ベースのリモートセンシングデバイスは、前記グレイジングの内部面に光学的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層と一緒に積層された外部および内部ガラスシートを含む積層グレイジングであり、前記外部および内部ガラスシートは、5m-1未満の吸収係数を有する高レベルの近赤外線放射透過ガラスシートであり、前記赤外線ベースのリモートセンシングデバイスは、面4上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 前記内部ガラスシートは、赤外線透過の値よりも低い光透過の値を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートは、少なくとも1つの赤外線透明着色および/または反射コーティングで被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートは、ガラスの全重量パーセントとして表される含有量:
- 全鉄(Fe2O3として表される) 0.002~0.06%
- Cr2O3 0.0001~0.06%
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートは、ガラスの全重量パーセントとして表される含有量:
- 全鉄(Fe2O3として表される) 0.002~0.06%
- Cr2O3 0.0015~1%
- Co 0.0001~1%
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートは、ガラスの全重量パーセントとして表される含有量:
- 全鉄(Fe2O3として表される) 0.02~1%
- Cr2O3 0.002~0.5%
- Co 0.0001~0.5%
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートは、ガラスの全重量パーセントとして表される含有量:
- 全鉄(Fe2O3として表される) 0.002~1%
- Cr2O3 0.001~0.5%
- Co 0.0001~0.5%
- Se 0.0003~0.5%
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガラスシートは、エクストラクリアガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 赤外線フィルター層の系は、それぞれの機能層が誘電体コーティングによって包囲されるように、赤外線放射を反射する材料のn個の機能層(ここで、n≧1である)と、n+1個の誘電体コーティングとを含む多層スタックであることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 前記赤外線フィルター層の系は、銀ベースであることを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 前記赤外線フィルター層の系は、コーティングであり、脱コーティングゾーンであって、その上に赤外線ベースのリモートセンシングデバイスが配置される脱コーティングゾーンが提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 前記赤外線ベースのリモートセンシングデバイスは、走査、回転または固体状態LiDARをベースとし、かつ車両の周りの周囲環境を3Dマッピングすることを可能にするLIDAR系であることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- 反射防止コーティングは、前記自動車グレイジングの表面上に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
- ウインドシールドであることを特徴とする、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の自動車グレイジング。
